Gil Marer’s registered supplements report recovery of five categories

The receipts establish Madrid supplement REGAGE26e00091804140 (25 October, 02:15:58) and CTBG supplement REGAGE26e00091804303 (02:49:03). They link the original three-seat Madrid filing and the CTBG response REGAGE26e00091778502 of 24 October. Times are printed headquarters times, without an inferred timezone offset.

The filed supplements set out Gil Marer’s account of five-category recovery after the morning submissions on 24 October and of the later CSV-bearing occurrence 9118714. They also address the contrary April–June access record, the actilla’s ownership condition at validity end, the separate 2025 and 2022 criteria and the distinction between a Ministry receipt and the first regional application. His account no longer maintains current non-obtainment of the copies he reports recovering; complete delivery and historical accessibility remain open. The corporate Dyrecto channel is not proof of a personal mandate; Laura Patricia Acosta Matos is the canonical identity.

Both receipts’ listed attachments match the preserved filed bytes. Binary variants retain separate provenance. Gil Marer’s filed CTBG supplement describes the earlier complaint copy as content-identical but byte-distinct; receipt verification does not establish that content-equivalence account. Originals, signatures and unnecessary personal data remain private. NO DESISTO is maintained; registration does not establish internal incorporation, admission, investigation, aid compliance, subsidised demolition or criminal responsibility. Prior adverse decisions remain visible.

18 September 2026 · Cuatrecasas / ETJ 163 / DP 748

New procedural developmentETJ 163/2020DP 748/2026Public strategy authorised

Civil suspension refused; criminal subsidiary appeal enters active processing

16 September: the DP 748 LAJ ordered the subsidiary appeal to proceed and gave the Ministerio Fiscal five days for submissions. 17 September: the ETJ judge dismissed Matkator's reconsideration application against refusal to suspend execution and stated that no appeal lies. 18 September: the signed ETJ order was received by Matkator's representation.

What the civil order does not decide: it does not determine DP 748, criminal liability, the criminal lawfulness of the Cambiario/ETJ chain, the identity of any adjudicatee or assignee, or whether adjudication, cession, registration or possession has already been completed.

Publicly authorised next steps: on 18 September a four-part working response package was delivered to current counsel for review. It asks counsel to assess Article 215.2 LEC complement because the 26 June ETJ filing contained a distinct subsidiary prayer limited to irreversible adjudication, registration, possession and disposal steps; to consider placing the 17 September order into the active DP 748 appeal as supervening material; to seek immediate remate/cession certification and traceability; and to review a separate evidence-preservation / actual-notice communication to Cuatrecasas. Any MASC remains separate. These are working/draft states and are not described as filed or sent without primary proof. No prospective third-party recipient is accused merely by considering or receiving a cession, and no actual assignee is presently verified.

28 August 2026 · AEAT / Pink / Sun Park

New primary evidenceCustoms Surveillance22 March / 6 April 2022Controlled public source

Complete diligence published with attribution, translation and evidential limits

The five-page diligence documents a Customs Surveillance visit to Sun Park on 22 March 2022 and its formalisation in Arrecife on 6 April. A proportionately redacted raster copy is published without the later editorial markings present in the received copy, together with a Spanish transcription, English translation and proposition matrix.

What it proves: date, place, direct observations of works and public closure, contact with an unidentified person at the complex, and the statements that the officers recorded as coming from an unidentified male corporate interlocutor and, separately, Laura Acosta Matos. What it does not itself prove: the truth of those statements, the male interlocutor’s identity, legal replacement of the Operating Community, who comprehensively operated each unit or who received booking income during 2017–2018.

Timing: the visit post-dates the start of the 2020 inspection and the March 2022 decision to extend the investigation. It therefore could not have originated those steps, although whether and how it influenced the later assessment remains to be determined. The diligence sometimes blends person, company, ownership, credit, adjudication and operation; the page separates those capacities and leaves open the Cabildo tourism certificate described but not attached.

Governance: the public update is confined to institutional documents and already-public procedural positions. Counsel drafts, advice emails, filenames and live strategy remain outside the site.

26 August 2026 · criminal attribution and mail manifest

New controlling formulationALG-ENT-018Public Phase ARestricted private source

Unitary attributed economic-criminal theory and Phase-A analysis of the received manifest

Attributed criminal theory; not a judicial finding. Gil Marer and Aweswell allege one continuing economic-criminal enterprise, advanced through successive adoption and divided functions. The theory does not itself prove a statutory criminal organisation or group under Criminal Code Articles 570 bis or 570 ter, an original pact, any person’s participation or guilt. Each actor and each offence require separate proof of their historical elements, conduct, capacity or duty, knowledge, intent where required, causal contribution and contrary material. This is only a factual allegation of connection: it does not characterise the conduct as a continuing or permanent offence or alter completion, any participation window or limitation period for any specific offence.

Source and scope: the workbook received from the account holder is a manifest or index, not a transfer of the emails, attachments or Drive originals it describes. It supports public-safe Phase-A triage across approximately 10.6 thousand email-index rows, 9.0 thousand attachment rows and 4.3 thousand threads, without publishing addresses, queries, identifiers, private content or live strategy. It is neither complete private Phase A nor native Phase-B acquisition.

Evidential separation: ALG-ENT-018 is an independent allegation and is not inferred from the workbook. The manifest changes discovery priority only and adds no evidential support to ALG-ENT-018 until the emails, attachments and Drive originals or versions are acquired, preserved, authenticated, linked to actors and acts, and tested against contrary and exculpatory material. Where a native item could decide a proposition but acquisition or documented complete search remains open, the state is NOT YET TESTABLE FROM THE MANIFEST, not absence. That label describes this manifest/native-source contribution; the overall proposition must be assessed separately from all controlled evidence.

Historical control: the 24 August sentence that the record then reviewed did not close the elements of a criminal enterprise is preserved only as a historical, source-bounded assessment. It does not control or dilute ALG-ENT-018, does not decide unexamined originals, and Phase-A triage does not itself alter the allegation’s merits.

Strengthened recordICAMCCACM 193/2026Professional conduct

The existing dedicated route now separates individual conduct, partner decision-making and professional-firm controls

The bilingual Cuatrecasas–ICAM/CCACM page has been strengthened as an institutional decision aid. It presents Cuatrecasas' strongest defence, eight finite questions also capable of exonerating, the separation between ICAM, CCACM, ICALPA and ICATF, and the 493/26 technical-intake precedent for interpreting 1566/26 without presuming effective forwarding.

Status at 25 August: CCACM sent two separate acknowledgements confirming receipt of the later-facts supplement and two visual annexes. Each “RECIBIDO” proves receipt only. No final 193/2026 decision, acceptance of the allegations, general firm investigation or CCACM number for the second appeal has been located.

Communication decision: no new response was sent. The record remains on hold pending a request, hearing step, procedural order, proposal, decision, materially relevant routing certificate or genuinely supervening fact.

New bilingual dossierCampanarioPrieto Puente / López NoriegaVoice and mailbox

The name scan, verified corporate relationships and clarification queue are now published

The new route brings together the bounded “around 2000” trace for Álvaro Campanario Hernández; his Sun Park capacity from 2009; the Prieto Puente–López Noriega link through Millan and Miners, S.L.P.; the Prieto Puente–Antonio Cogolludo link through Santa Lucia Real Estate; and bounded capacities in Pamalexsha and Noalpa. Edges not located remain finite search results—not certificates of nonexistence.

Declaration 011: it is published as a registered declaration derived from voice/dictation, attributed to a declarant whose identity is withheld, and not signed, sworn or ratified word for word. The page shows chronology, figure, kinship and capacity corrections; preserves AP 89/2014 as contrary evidence; and lists eleven closure actions plus separate questions for Gil and the declarant.

Privacy: only the aggregate 2,413-message mirrored subset is published. The complete mailbox has not been acquired, and the private address, message bodies, subjects, participants and provider identifiers are excluded.

25 August 2026 · DIP 2/2026 and judicial complaint

New primary evidenceCanary Islands Prosecution OfficeDecanatoCGPJ

Judicial complaint and amplification published with stamped copies, full text and separate traceability

The DIP 2/2026 dossier now places a reading notebook beside the 9 March notice and publishes the presentation photograph, manifesto and all 27 pages of the principal pleading signed on 17 and presented on 18 June. It also publishes the stamped copy and all 13 pages of the 25 June amplification. Both records have page-accounted transcriptions, hashes and a redaction register limited to personal identifiers, contact details and signatures.

Traceability: daily reference no. 24 is only a material link from the Decanato register; it is not a NIG, Diligencias Previas number, allocation number or proof of opening. No controlled public record has been located establishing allocation, transfer to the TSJC, rejection, opening or closure. The 26 June CGPJ communication and later joinder of an identified judicial package to Appeal 286/2026 are related but separate routes; neither by itself establishes the destination of the 18 June complaint.

Analysis and public request: the page connects alleged private-actor and insolvency-administrator conduct with the acts or omissions attributed to the Judge, preserves contrary evidence and lawful alternatives, and expressly attributes to Gil Marer the call for an independent audit of the Acosta Matos perimeter and the institutional response. It does not state capture, neutralisation, collusion, prevaricación or criminal responsibility as proved.

The signed court record fixes the hearing for 28 January 2027 at 10:00

The original hearing in Aweswell Limited v CAIXABANK, S.A. was listed for 6 November 2025 at 10:00. It did not proceed after the opposing expert reported a cancelled flight on the evening before. Aweswell did not oppose suspension because it wished to question him personally. A signed court diligence dated 6 November 2025 relisted the hearing for 28 January 2027 at 10:00.

The former repository entry describing an October 2026 hearing at 12:00 was an unsupported transcription, not a second postponement. The controlling identifiers are Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº 27 de Valencia, N.I.G. 46250-42-1-2023-0049579 and ORD 1859/2023-9.

Boundary: the short-notice suspension does not establish tactical delay or anything about the merits. The claim remains pending and contested. Any later signed order or citation changing the setting must supersede this record.

Controlling correctionStoneweg / VariaElaia / LaguneBilling

The binding-offer stage, integrated EUR 26m route and perimeter-wide billing continuation are now synchronized

Stoneweg's own 12 June email, sent after the agreed call and for the next day's judicial meeting, expressly issued an Oferta Vinculante Condicionada. The offer stage was agreed and closed; transaction completion and drawdown still required the stated conditions. The Elaia/Lagune EUR 26m route is presented through its reciprocal documented components rather than as an unsolicited, one-sided instrument.

The bilingual Cuatrecasas, ONA and 7 June records now cross-link the signed ONA package, lender-issued Stoneweg/Varia offer, Elaia/Lagune downside route and 13 June participant report. The repository also contains a controlling 2014-to-present continuation protocol for complete invoice, payment, email, work-product, collection and result reconciliation across the client-service perimeter.

Privacy and action boundary: line-level timekeeper/disbursement ledgers, private emails, current-counsel material and unsent correspondence remain outside the public repository. Campaign research and drafting may resume, but no communication is authorised for transmission without fresh approval of the exact recipients, text, links and attachments.

New public noteAP Section 4CulpabilityProcedural correction

Note on judicial independence, procedural status and reservation of actions published

The note states expressly that the website is not a communication to the Court, does not seek a predetermined outcome and does not attempt to introduce extra-record material. The public request is limited to an independent, consistent and sufficiently reasoned decision on the record and the pleaded grounds.

Material correction: RPL 2523/2025 is the culpability appeal against Judgment 163/2023, not merely a record-completeness track. The decision signed on 11 May 2026 identifies LPB, Gil Marer, Patricia Domínguez and Pink Canary Services as appellants and scheduled deliberation, vote and decision for 4 June. No later decision, service record or finality record has yet been located in the available corpus; absence from the corpus does not mean nonexistence.

The reservation concerns only remedies and actions available under law. It keeps the appeal separate from any criminal, civil, regulatory or disciplinary route and rejects threats, personal costs or retaliation outside the law.

23 August 2026 · CAM creditor-control criminal lead

New controlling leadCAM7 June 2018AC / judge

Capacity convergence is now a principal actor-specific criminal-investigative line

Gil Marer and Aweswell allege that CAM-perimeter actors instructed or coordinated the 7 June operation; that the insolvency administrator knowingly enabled, approved, ratified or failed in a legally equivalent way to prevent/reverse the wider control; and that specified judicial resolutions, refusals or delays require examination under Criminal Code Articles 446–449. The repository confirms a multi-source basis to make and investigate those allegations. It does not state direct instruction, criminal approval or judicial prevarication as proved.

The update dates CAM's title, Community and secured-credit capacities separately; records the 18 May authority inversion and later 2022 direct governance; uses “lender in possession” only as a functional comparison; separates LPB corporate administration, estate-asset control, hotel operation and non-LPB property; and begins accounting at the first proved material control or benefit.

Mandatory safeguards: the 2018 provisional dismissal and appellate confirmation, the administrator's denial/narrower-access account and valid CAM credit/individual title remain visible. Laura Patricia Acosta Matos's participation remains an actor-specific allegation; mandate, instructions, knowledge and purpose require independent proof.

22 August 2026 · controlling corrections

Controlled correctionPamanilPink / CEXPAEAT

Absolute formulations are replaced by evidence-controlled propositions

Pamanil: Gil alleges that every proved Pamanil act was an instrument of fraud or another economic offence through the relevant natural persons, principals or agents. That accusation is published as a party allegation, not a conviction. Observable administrative acts and Community-side payments/services defeat “Pamanil did nothing”; they do not prove integrated hotel maintenance, lawful authority, correct debt or innocence.

Pink / CEXP: the facially signed 22-May-2017 Pink→LPB access-key instrument contradicts the literal “Pink never had any key” proposition. Gil’s narrower position is no CEXP maintenance/master set and no lawful whole-hotel transfer authority. Gil now advances total ab initio nullity of the 6-Feb-2012 contract as his primary position; it remains unadjudicated and the 1-Feb notice, LPB own-unit/severability case, real operation and adverse rulings remain visible.

AEAT and source identity: inspection began before the 2022 Acosta statements and used multiple other sources. The diligence names Laura Acosta Matos but not the male interlocutor; José Daniel remains Gil’s accusation/hypothesis. PO 496/2026 is pending and Order 426/2026 refused interim suspension only. The JV 1260 appellate source is corrected to AP 89/2014, Rollo 793/2012—not a separate AP 16/2014 case.

It records COALZ entries 26/008230, 26/008474 and 26/008476 with their limits, the unresolved COAGC professional-data discrepancy and the contextual PwC–Grant Thornton–San Telmo/RICPE–RSM chronology.

The 20 September 2023 prospectus produces a different sum from its two components — €6,570,713.56 — compared with €6,573,703.10 in the separate accounts reconstruction. The €2,989.54 difference remains open and source-attributed.

Public question: whether Decree 224/2022 and the binding AEAT report of 17 November 2022 covered F, G, both or a later modification, and which invoices, payments, employment or obligation each instrument actually financed. It is not published as fraud or proved duplicate funding.

Controlled correctionCEXP · Monterecco/PinkOrder 804/2018

The operator record is recoverable without turning a restricted source into a conclusion

The continuity record preserves the 13 August forensic review and its later corrections: CEXP has the strongest located collective provenance, without proved exclusivity; the 1 February 2012 CEXP–Monterecco notice exists; Monterecco/Pink had a real 159-unit/477-bed position; and competent authority, common-area/third-party scope and complete succession remain open.

Order 804/2018 remains adverse evidence affirming provisional criminal dismissal, not an operator-title trial or proof of total abandonment. The May 2017 email distinguishes cessation of new commercialisation, existing stays, services, supplies, maintenance, preservation and later handover. The Drive links for the order and email are custody locators and may require authorisation; an anonymous public copy has not been verified.

The detailed report and recovery checkpoint remain restricted because they include private or privileged material. The Cabildo/RGT/Yaiza request remains confined to existing records and defined searches, without demanding a predetermined conclusion.

Lender of Record page separates the credit chain from the financial package

The new page tracks the record chain from Caja Insular de Ahorros de Canarias / La Caja de Canarias, through BFA and Bankia, S.A., to SAREB, Promontoria Holding 122 B.V. and Construcciones Acosta Matos, S.A., while separating that credit from the disputed swap/cobertura, floor, pledged deposit and second-mortgage execution lane now connected to the Valencia claim against CaixaBank, S.A.

It also activates a site-wide qualification: a limited LPB concurso must not be described as authority over the whole hotel, the whole ownership perimeter, CEXP/exploitation, Matkator/third-party units, works, finance or later hotel operation.

14 August 2026 · RICPE

Visible correctionProcedural representationGood-faith third parties

Scope correction: Aweswell’s procedural representation and third-party exposure

This entry corrects the version published earlier on 14 August. The 26 May 2020 record establishes that SLJ requested and received the venia “in this matter” to assume Aweswell Limited’s procedural representation in Concurso 36/2012. It does not establish a global end to every relationship or residual channel, and the possible effect of a later communication is stated only as an unproved question concerning trust, confidentiality or assistance.

Private economic detail unnecessary to establish that chronology has been removed from the public record. The earlier metaphor has also been replaced with a testable institutional hypothesis: potential instrumentalisation of good-faith third parties, asymmetric socialisation of risk and economic and institutional anchoring. No knowledge or complicity is attributed to investors, prospective investors, advisers, intermediaries or public officials merely because they were exposed.

The dossier now includes an audience map and calls for a reasoned decision by the non-conflicted Board concerning correction and notification, without presuming an identical duty to every person or authority.

CorrectedAlert and continuity of assistancePatrimonial perimeter

2021 alert, Sony Ganwani, continuity of assistance and four levels of alleged harm

The dossier publishes a controlled chronology: a documented functional connection with Sony in 2019; Aweswell’s specific procedural change of counsel in Concurso 36/2012 on 26 May 2020; the alert package sent on 8 March 2021; metadata for a preserved 17 March voice note, without publishing audio or transcript; and Enrique Guerra’s 20 July institutional certificate, filed by CAM in Concurso 36/2012 on 21 July.

The 2021 message could not have caused the earlier procedural change. Gil makes the narrower allegation that, according to him, Íñigo referred to “our friend Sony” and presented himself as a messenger, and that the message may have affected residual channels of trust, confidentiality or assistance. No RICPE mandate, leak, knowledge, altered legal act or caused procedural outcome is established.

The 2021 events are not retrospectively labelled under Spanish Law 2/2023. Any later act or omission that is proved must be assessed separately under Articles 36.2 and 63. The page directs finite questions and preservation duties to the Board, legal functions, internal channel, Compliance, investment, risk, finance and investor relations, without presuming guilt from office.

Three analyses for the Canary Islands legal conversation

The first separates the Inparsa approval, party allegations and reported provisional screening of the prevaricación complaint. The second establishes that two Meeting Point 357/2024 notices attribute successive acts to Alberto López Villarrubia and Guillermo Fernández García without inferring irregularity. The third distinguishes Anfi’s €8m, Taurito’s €85m and approximately 71% of Inparsa equity.

The Sun Park connection is legal and documentary: debt, valuation, perimeter, change of control, knowledge, a funded alternative and effective protection. No common scheme is alleged and guilt is not transferred between proceedings.

NewJudicial controlPrevaricación · evidence · insolvency

New writer pack: what separates an adverse ruling from possible prevaricación

A new bilingual note tests the Sun Park allegation against an act-knowledge-remedy-effect matrix and the distinct elements of Penal Code articles 446 to 449. A PDF pack adds the chronology, claims ledger, glossary, editorial angles and source index.

Inparsa/Hoteles Beatriz is used only as a methodological comparator: it shows that the question can be framed within a real legal route, not that guilt, personal connection or a common pattern exists. No primary TSJC order or later public outcome was located beyond the provisional examination reported in February.

The structure follows questions visible in José Carlos González Vázquez’s public Inparsa analyses without suggesting that he knows, represents, endorses or shares the Sun Park position. Any writer can confirm, refute or reframe the allegation from the same starting record.

CEXP, the Monterecco/Pink cession and Order 804/2018: corrected by source and scope

This entry supersedes its earlier wording from the same day. The 2008 minutes did describe participation as voluntary: 84.988% of the complex was present or represented, 74.90% of the total approved CEXP and 10.01% opposed or reserved its position. Among the materials reviewed, CEXP is the only entity for which both a participating-owner collective resolution and a direct transfer from Montelanza, S.L. have been located. That is documentary provenance, not a finding of lawful exclusivity, universal mandate, registry status or uninterrupted operation.

The signed bilateral notice of 1 February 2012 naming Monterecco as the new operator and its official 159-unit/477-bed registration are now incorporated. The gap is no longer whether an instrument exists: it is which CEXP organ authorised it and how far it could convey the collective mandate, common areas and third-party rights.

Order 804/2018 did not find after trial that Pink “abandoned” the complex or that only old reservations remained. It affirmed provisional archive of a criminal investigation and conditionally compressed an email whose original distinguishes cessation of new commercialisation, service of existing stays, supplies, services, maintenance and later handover. The order also contains internal 2017/2018 and 2012/2013 errors and was adverse to CEXP’s asserted possession at that time. It is published in full as a limit, not a shortcut.

The financial correction remains: the mortgage claims ended in the CAM perimeter while the financial product is litigated against CaixaBank in Valencia proceeding PO 1859/2023. The alleged unlawful and harmful separation remains identified as pending, not a judicial conclusion.

NewCanonical dossier2011–2022 · Community / CEXP / IA / court

The new bilingual dossier separates Owners’ Community minutes, CEXP minutes and linked records that are not minutes. It adds the 1 February 2012 bilateral CEXP–Monterecco notice, the official 159-unit/477-bed tourism position, the Owners’ Community request received by Cabildo on 4 June 2014 and the primary 12 June 2017 meeting—without treating any of them as universal or administrative validation.

It also fixes the 2016 notice record: independent delivery proof for the draft called a burofax remains missing, but the July package and analysis, direct August notice, and September response/meeting prove actual knowledge of the dispute. The criminal-law characterisation is published as Gil Marer’s express element-by-element theory, not a conviction.

A unitary causal reconstruction now starts with MYND Yaiza and returns to origin

The homepage no longer requires readers to assemble the dossiers themselves. A reverse chronology connects: outcome and finance from 2022; notice to CNMV, AEAT, the insolvency case and Public Prosecutor in 2021; the 2020 RICPE brochure and webinar; the 2018 material takeover and 2019 ob rem operation; CAM's entry through credit and particular properties; PwC/Community knowledge in 2016; the 22 June 2011 matrix minutes; and the 2008 structural fragmentation.

Central control: a later decision, registration, licence, materialisation, grant or operation does not cure by repetition missing title or authority at an earlier link. Every transition requires its contemporaneous document, recipient, verification and effect.

Boundary: the sequence and located emails establish documentary events, notice and finite questions; circular legitimisation is an inference requiring independent investigation, not a criminal judgment.

NewPossessory control7 JUN 2018 · CAM / Community / IA

Evidence chain published for the material takeover of control: no possession order in CAM’s favour

The 16 April insolvency order authorised a proposed realisation route subject to publicity, improved bids and possible bidding; it did not direct handover of keys, eviction, breaking of locks or immediate possession. The direct eyewitness’s 25 June judicial statement describes the access lock being broken, chains and padlocks at reception and buffet doors, replacement cylinders, control by uniformed access staff and continuing exclusion of the maintenance manager. He attributed the orders to Laura Acosta Matos and made clear that José Daniel Acosta Matos was not present on 7 June.

Decisive distinction: in affirming provisional dismissal on 13 November 2018, the Provincial Court recounted the insolvency administrator’s evidence about access control and entry into LPB premises, together with the dispute’s asserted civil nature and shortcomings in title, possession and criminal proof. It did not confer possessory title on CAM or determine with civil effect the property-by-property validity or extent of that authority.

NewUnitary title controlWebinar · OB REM · JSP

The “under study” label does not cure the on-camera claims; the OB REM chain and JSP units now operate as independent controls

11 November 2020 webinar: the dossier transcribes José Acosta’s statement that the three complexes had been bought with own funds, belonged to the company and were unencumbered, together with fixed Sun Park particulars: 220 apartments, €12m, works in Q1 2021 and funding by the end of 2021. The June brochure’s stage caveat was not carried into those categorical claims. RICPE’s July 2021 certificate —54 CAM units, LPB assets still in the insolvency estate, 18 third-party units, no LOI and no comprehensive due diligence— and the February 2022 LPB deed materially contradict them.

OB REM: the order of 24 October 2019 records that deed 2,150 separated and sold 31 LPB properties during the stay, without prior judicial authority, and that the Court did not validate the operation. Cancelling the registered linkage did not extinguish the loan: it removed the separate-sale barrier while CAM continued to enforce the claim.

JSP / Montelanza, S.L. units: the reconstructed schedule of 61 properties is published and Sun Park’s own Judgment 89/2014 is applied. That judgment made the individual title of 18 owners prevail over possession, keys and tourist operation; for the same reason, Community authority, unitary operation or an LPB award could not reach a Matkator, Thompson or other third-party property without a valid unit-specific title. The 8,499/8,500 Registry jump is now framed as a standalone alarm with precise demands of the private actors, insolvency administrator, Court and Public Prosecutor.

Attributed public characterisation: Gil Marer reports the OB REM sequence and later use of “Community” authority as patrimonial displacement, disloyal administration and, if sufficient documentary or procedural deception is established, procedural fraud. It is an express criminal allegation requiring investigation; it is not presented as a criminal judgment.

NewTitle control and criminal-law alarmPwC · CAM/RICPE · Montelanza, S.L.

Four non-estate units: named owners, PwC representations and the missing Registry bridge are now published

The RICPE dossier now contains a high-impact visual stop for four privately owned units identified in the minutes of 26 April 2016. Miguel Hernández Lorenzo, Elena Santos Ramos and Carlos Saavedra Rodríguez de Palacio —all PwC— respectively represented Bungalow 507, Local 1 and the Thompson unit Bungalow 708/property 8,557; LPB’s then representative represented Bungalow 511 and also LPB. The page asks what deed, consent and Registry chain later permitted the use, control or value of those properties to enter the CAM/RICPE picture of a wholly acquired hotel.

Express criminal allegation: Gil Marer publicly characterises the sequence as a patrimonial displacement of criminal-law significance and requests a property-by-property investigation. The analysis identifies concrete legal tests: disposition under non-existent authority, disloyal administration, authenticity of minutes/majorities, and the non-estate boundary of proceeding 36/2012.

Montelanza, S.L.: the 18 November 2016 deed proposed a conditional allocation of 8,499 and 8,500 to the Community and creditors, not a direct sale to CAM. April 2017 Registry records still named Montelanza, S.L.; the April 2018 schedule named CAM. The complete bridge is demanded: satisfaction of both conditions, onward conveyance, authority, price/payment and registration. The formulation is sharpened: CAM later appears with some isolated properties; that does not equal title or control over the whole hotel.

176 contextual interventions and the PwC London–Madrid notice trail are now published

The index attributes six speakers/participants and publishes, with timestamps, every consolidated substantive/contextual intervention attributed to FMMM (99) and Juan Carlos Prieto (77). It retains the original Spanish, removes later editorial annotations and supports searching by fees, debt, voting, operation or administration. Contemporary sources place the meeting on 10 June; the later 11JUN2016 derivative label remains preserved as version history.

Knowledge proposition: the derivative transcript attributes participation to Carlos Saavedra and Miguel Hernández and describes them as acting for PwC Tenerife in representation of LPB. Native-audio authentication, attendance and exact capacity remain open. Between 1 and 8 March 2021, PwC UK escalated the matter to Risk and PwC Spain received the CNMV/RIC package. The page visualises how JDAM/RIC later became a de facto adverse party and separates documented receipt, attributed transcript content, testable inference and what remains unproved.

“Whitewashing”: published as Gil Marer’s attributed conclusion, not a judicial fact. The page identifies the records that can test it: retainers, conflict searches, staffing, escalations, independence, billing and work product.

NewDedicated dossierCommunity · PwC · 2008–2024

“The Community” is no longer a label: its authority, use and propagation chain is published

The new stand-alone page reconstructs how debt, voting exclusion, minutes, certificates, administration, lawyers, banking and security could convert disputed authority into the appearance of whole-site consent. It identifies FMMM, Pamanil, Pamalexsha and other documented actors; distinguishes LPB as PropCo and the Exploitation Community as OpCo; and publishes, as attributed opinion, why selling apartments rather than Montelanza, S.L. shares made a contemporaneous contribution to structural instability.

PwC and Carlos Saavedra: the page links their profiles and public chronology, summarises the recorded 2016 meeting, and lists what the participants knew or asked. The later public proximity to José Acosta is shown as context; without a retainer or professional file it is not presented as proof of a client switch.

Documentary basis: 2008–2022 minutes, the 2008 transfer schedule, PwC/Landwell engagement correspondence, the 149-page transcript of the 2016 recording, and linked public sources. Editorial remarks in square brackets in the transcript are not attributed to the participants.

NewDocumentary reconstructionCommunity · Francisco Mario Matos Matas · 2008–2022

2011 is the first located disputed matrix; 22 June contains the matrix minutes

The dossier separates Gil’s alleged 2008 causal origin from the first located 2011 Francisco Mario Matos Matas/Community matrix. The 2008 minutes describe a voluntary Exploitation Community distinct from the Owners’ Community, explaining why Gil Marer and Monterecco’s then representative initially regarded ordinary contributions by owners outside hotel operation as normal. The public correction is not “no charge ever”: it requires a valid budget, service, allocation and resolution, without duplication, unsupported backdating or use of debt to remove votes or extend control over third-party units.

The 2 February 2011 minutes are the threshold document: they appoint a president and authorise the hiring of an administrator but do not yet name Francisco Mario Matos Matas. The 22 June minutes are the matrix minutes: Francisco Mario Matos Matas (“FMMM”) already acts as administrator; LPB appears with approximately 72% but no vote because of attributed debt; debt and litigation are approved, the Exploitation Community maintenance arrangement is terminated and Pamanil is ratified for administration, maintenance, custody and claims. The 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2022 minutes repeat and expand that sequence until it connects with security, access, insolvency administration, CAM, licences and the €4.467 million levy.

Transfer correction: the located records do not establish that Montelanza, S.L. sold directly to Multimatrix. After the June 2008 transfer, LPB appears with 171 apartments and 29 commercial units while Montelanza, S.L. retains 11; a separate contemporary record places Gil’s vehicle’s purchase of LPB’s shares from Multimatrix in December 2011. No later primary Community minutes have been located after 4 February 2022.

NewProvenance and authorityCommunity · Cabildo · insolvency · RIC/ERDF

“The Community” no longer operates as a shortcut to authority

The main journey now contains a visual stop: a person signing as president or administrator, or a record attributed to an owner community, does not by itself prove a current appointment, resolution, quorum, mandate, scope over each unit or the owner’s consent. The chain no longer permits a jump from that label to whole-hotel control and then to adjudication, licence, tourism classification, RIC, ERDF, incentives, finance or income.

The documentary sequence separates three matters. Cabildo’s 10 March 2026 rejection did not determine title or authority. The access file records a proposal dated 7 April 2026 followed by the April 2026 decision granting access; that sequence identified six tourism files concerning all units, holder/name changes, refurbishment and classification. Neither those procedural acts nor the files’ existence validates the premises used. The 18 June communication formally demanded author, signature, office, mandate, exact community, units, verification, effect, funding, incentives and preservation; it establishes the claimant’s alert, not Cabildo acceptance or a merits decision.

Precise frame: the site does not say that every Community defect is automatically criminal. It alleges possible repeated propagation of absent, exceeded or unproved authority with proprietary and public effects. Every recipient must produce its documentary bridge and the check it performed.

NewMaterial correctionPublic Prosecutor · RIC · DP 616/2021 · DP 668/2021

The 2021 referral to the Public Prosecutor is documented

The 10 February LexNET receipt establishes filing of the complaint with the Arrecife duty court. The transmission’s own index identifies, among its annexes, extracts from the website, the webinar and the RIC document. The RIC allegations therefore formed part of the criminal file from entry.

The 12 March order opened DP 616/2021 and directed that the Public Prosecutor be informed and notified. Following allocation, the 22 March order—DP 668/2021, originating from DP 616/2021—directed that the proceedings be sent to the Public Prosecutor before provisional dismissal. Formal institutional communication and referral of a file containing the RIC allegations are therefore established.

Evidential boundary: the documents do not identify the individual prosecutor who examined the material or establish what substantive assessment the prosecution service made. Individual and merits-level traceability remains an open documentary question.

NewKnowledge mapCNMV · AEAT · insolvency · criminal route

The 2021 alert is reconstructed by recipient, substance and proof of receipt

The dossier now contains a plain-language visual panel tracing the connected sequence: the 13 January CNMV complaint and AEAT entry; the 10 February criminal complaint to the duty court; the 11 February insolvency filing; the 28 June update; service on the parties on 8 July; and placement of the file before the judge on 7 September.

The alert was not merely about a title discrepancy. It connected an investor-facing picture of an acquired, unencumbered asset with fragmented title, RIC materialisation, investor risk, estate devaluation, deterrence of bidders and the circular risk of later obtaining an adjudication that retrospectively validated the earlier representation. The map distinguishes established knowledge of the judge, administrator and personated parties from the criminal route: the LexNET receipt proves entry and the 12 and 22 March 2021 orders prove notification and referral to the Public Prosecutor. They do not identify the individual prosecutor or the prosecution service’s substantive assessment.

NewLawWhistleblowers · judicial protection · insolvency

A protected report and a court filing are different; the duty to react remains verifiable

The review separates two legal planes. The 2021 filings entered the insolvency case, met opposition and were later held judicially irrelevant: there was a procedural response, not simple silence. That does not identify a substantive reconciliation of title, third-party units, promotion and estate risk, or locate any Article 40.1 LEC referral to the Public Prosecutor or Article 82 TRLC supervision report.

The current Law 2/2023 regime protects qualifying reports made with reasonable grounds to believe the information true, prohibits obstructing or delaying follow-up and protects public disclosure in defined circumstances, including a low prospect of effective treatment because an authority may be in collusion. Canary Islands Decree 91/2024 permits up to six months only for special complexity and requires immediate referral to the Spanish or European Public Prosecutor where appropriate. Failure to respond within that regime would be a verifiable procedural failure; it would not prove collusion by itself.

NewProcedural chainKnowledge · decision · title

The 2021–2022 sequence precludes treating the administrator and judge as external or uninformed

The record now includes the 7 September 2021 order; the two contradictory orders dated 15 October; clarification applications; the insolvency administrator’s opposition; the 26 January 2022 clarification orders; the request and issue of certified copies with formal effect; the challenges; the 21 February deed; 20 April registration; and the 26 April decrees dismissing the challenges.

Precision correction: CAM did not physically prevent the court from receiving the documents. Its defence asked that the connected chronology not be admitted or treated as one decisional record while offering a narrower proprietary account. Gil Marer personally adopts the conclusion that the acts and omissions of the insolvency administrator and judge show functional alignment with the CAM-favouring outcome and require independent investigation. No clandestine agreement, criminal intent or judicial offence is stated as proved.

The update also explains why publicity serves notice, preservation and accountability without replacing current certifications, targeted notice, interim measures or registry proceedings. The 29 July 2021 legal draft is expressly identified as never filed and is not used as proof of court knowledge.

NewDocumentary chainNotice · title · public exposure

Prior notice, surviving Matkator title and current public exposure

The 13 January 2021 communications to CNMV and AEAT, the 11 February insolvency filing and the 28 February public warning document that objections concerning Sun Park–RICPE title, control and marketing predated adjudication. In 2026 CNMV confirmed supervisory actions and that its material did not contain two contradictory July 2021 records: CAM acknowledged only 54 units and RICPE broke down 262 properties, including 18 third-party properties, with no letter of intent or full due diligence.

Matkator’s 2015/2016 deeds and January 2025 Land Registry notes place full title to properties 8584 and 8588 in Matkator; the 2022 insolvency deed did not transfer them. Hotel operations and the official reference to EU co-financing continue. Without an audited property–use–consent–income map, the proprietary, tax, investor and public-funds exposure is current. Bounded conclusion: the available record requires a “no” answer to whether the integrated 2020 representation gave a complete and truthful title/control account; it does not by itself determine intent or criminal liability.

NewMaterial correctionRIC · finance · aid

Sun Park/MYND Yaiza materialisation and loans are documented

The previous caveat that no allocation or disbursement was shown has been withdrawn. RICPE’s 2023 audited accounts record Series F and G, €6,573,703.10 materialised and lent to Hotel New Trend, and a Canary Government suitability declaration dated 1 December 2022. The September brochure identifies MYND Yaiza as the former Sun Park and confirms two financed components.

Order HFP/521/2023 also awarded €3,440,914.20 against €11,469,714 of investment and 60 jobs. This does not by itself prove falsity, full payment or an offence; it moves the inquiry to the truth and completeness of the title, control, conflict and eligibility record.

AC and judge journey made static and directly navigable

The earlier source correction was not sufficiently discoverable. Both languages now contain the institutional block as static HTML immediately after the five private actors, with a visible AC & Judge / AC y Juez navigation tab and a three-step reading route. The cards no longer depend on JavaScript.

Editorial boundary: public or fiduciary office receives no narrative presumption of neutrality; culpability is not presented as an adjudicated fact.

NewCorrectionPrimary evidence

DIP 2/2026 contained a material appeal-status error

The Decree said no appeal was recorded as filed on 2 March and inferred finality through failure to appeal. Official court records dated 28 January and 18 February had already documented the filing, registration and processing of RPL 3319/2025.

The complete registered communication of 11 March is published with a literal comparison and an explanation distinguishing filing, admission and outcome. The contradiction does not by itself prove intent or influence.

Formal routing to the Canary Islands Government's internal reporting system

The General Technical Secretariat for Finance and EU Relations stated that the material submitted on 15 July to the Directorate-General for Treasury and Financial Policy—REGAGE26e00065752755—was transferred to the Directorate-General for Modernisation and Service Quality for the purposes of Law 2/2023 and Decree 91/2024. The receipt also identifies internal communication 278202/2026, was signed on 12 August at 09:35:11 and was registered as outgoing record 681432/2026 at 10:19:36.

Scope: this is primary evidence of transfer, signature and outgoing registration. It is not a merits decision, acceptance of the allegations or finding of an infringement.

Privacy: the public copy removes the NIE, postal address, email address, verification code and links, barcode and QR; it retains the operative text, signing authority, date and outgoing record.

The five private actors now precede the insolvency administrator and judge

The sequence was reorganised so readers encounter the private actions first, followed by the fiduciary and public functions expected to examine, prevent, correct or give reasons for their treatment. Verified portraits were added where a suitable source existed.

Boundary: the order improves causal legibility; it establishes neither liability nor automatic neutrality for any public or private actor.
