What Declaration 011 is—and is not.
Exact status: a registered declaration derived from a sequence presented as voice/dictation and attributed to the Testigo del perímetro de Gil Marer — identidad reservada. The complete native audio, hash, signature, oath and word-for-word ratification are not in the record. Gil attributed the account; he did not automatically adopt each sentence.
The declarant attributes a central role to Campanario in representation of the dissident perimeter and Community reconfiguration; understands the 2011 sequence as using litigation, debt and voting to displace LPB; and raises later professional continuity through Prieto Puente and López Noriega. Those positions are published as an attributed party account and inference. The documentary matrix corrects dates, figures and relationships and preserves AP 89/2014 as mandatory contrary evidence.

These are coarse discovery aggregates—not the whole private account and not a measure of relevance or truth.
Privacy: exact counts by year, term and participant remain in the private manifest. The private address, message bodies, subjects, participants, provider identifiers and message locators are not published. Complete acquisition requires the account holder's direct authority and an official Takeout export or API/connector access to the correct account—never a shared password.
