Responsibility must be as traceable as the record.

This notice identifies who is responsible for the publication, how evidence and allegations are handled, how to seek a correction or reply, and how personal information is processed. It applies to the Project Sun Rock website unless a particular page or activity states a more specific rule.

Identity and capacity

Who publishes, and in what capacity.

Names used across the recovery, investment and public-interest work do not merge separate people, companies, claims or legal capacities.

Editor and editorial data controller

Gil Marer, based in San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Tenerife, Spain, is the sponsor and responsible editor of this website. For the website’s editorial activity and direct correspondence, he determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and acts as controller unless a page, communication or separate activity expressly identifies another controller.

Contact: sbu001 (at) monterecco dot com · LinkedIn profile. A private address is not published; a lawful service address can be supplied where formally required.

Project Sun Rock and Aweswell Limited

Project Sun Rock is an umbrella and working identity. It is not, merely by use of the name, a separate legal person, law firm, fund, registered foundation or investment vehicle.

Aweswell Limited is the current holding and investor company connected to the recovery position. Mentioning it does not make it the publisher, controller, representative or responsible entity for every website activity. Each claim, company and activity retains its own capacity unless expressly stated otherwise.

Purpose and editorial method

Information and accountability—not professional advice or a finding of guilt.

The site documents a disputed recovery, related proceedings, institutional communications and forward-looking project work. It does not provide legal, tax, financial or investment advice, establish a professional-client relationship, offer securities, determine anyone’s liability or replace the complete official file.

Allegations and presumption of innocence

Disputes, accusations and alleged offences are identified as allegations and attributed to their source. Every person is presumed innocent unless and until guilt is established by a final decision of the competent court. The existence of a complaint, referral, investigation, administrative file or unanswered question is not proof of wrongdoing.

Formal procedural status, evidential support and limits should be read together. No summary displaces the underlying document or the right of an affected person to contest its interpretation.

Accuracy, necessity and proportionality

Publication is guided by documentary relevance, chronology, public-interest or legitimate recovery purpose, data minimisation and the need to distinguish fact from inference. Personal details that do not materially advance those purposes should not be published. Confidential sources, home addresses, identity numbers, credentials and avoidable private data are not intentionally disclosed.

Documented factA proposition supported by an identified primary, official, public or connected contemporaneous record. The source and its limits remain controlling.
Attributed account or allegationA statement assigned to the person, filing, witness, institution or publication that made it. Attribution does not establish truth or liability.
Inference or open questionAn editorial conclusion, pattern or question drawn from records. It is labelled and remains capable of rebuttal by a more complete record.
Procedural eventA filing, registration, referral, admission, archive or decision described at its actual stage. Receipt is not endorsement; investigation is not conviction.
Outcome or final findingA result is described as final only where the cited record supports that status. Appeals, review routes and unsettled issues are stated where material.
Evidential limitWhat a record does not prove is stated where needed to prevent a document, silence, relationship or chronology from carrying more weight than it can support.

Corrections, replies and proceedings

A finite route to test and correct the record.

Affected people and institutions are invited to supply authentic material that completes, corrects or rebuts a published sequence. A disagreement without supporting material will be considered, but may not justify alteration of a documented record.

  1. Identify the material. Give the exact page URL, heading and passage, image or document concerned.
  2. State the requested outcome. Specify whether you seek factual correction, contextual annotation, publication of a reply, redaction, de-indexing, removal or another proportionate remedy.
  3. Provide the basis. Explain what is inaccurate, incomplete, unlawful or disproportionate and identify the authentic source that supports the request. Do not send unnecessary personal data.
  4. Identify any proceeding. If relevant, give the court, authority or professional body, file reference, procedural status and any deadline or confidentiality restriction that can lawfully be disclosed.
  5. Allow verification and a reasoned response. Material may be authenticated, compared with the existing record and referred for professional advice. A correction may preserve a visible note or prior version where traceability, legal preservation or the integrity of the record requires it.
Email and LinkedIn are not formal procedural channels. An email or message to this website is not valid service, a court or administrative filing, a regulatory or professional complaint, a protected report under Law 2/2023, an appeal, or a substitute for complying with procedural, limitation or rectification deadlines. Where an issue belongs in existing proceedings, the entitled person should use the competent formal channel as well. Publication of a response here does not determine its legal effect there.

Formal rights preserved: this voluntary editorial protocol does not limit any applicable right of rectification, reply, data protection, access to justice or other statutory remedy, including rights that may arise under Spain’s Organic Law 2/1984.

Privacy information

What may be processed, why and for how long.

This section explains the website’s current editorial and contact processing. A separate transaction, engagement, company activity or formal proceeding may require its own notice and controller identification.

ControllerGil Marer, San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Tenerife, Spain, for this website’s editorial activity and direct correspondence, unless a specific page or communication expressly identifies another person or entity for a defined activity. Contact: sbu001 (at) monterecco dot com. A lawful service address can be supplied where formally required.
Data categoriesNames and professional roles; contact details; correspondence and attachments; correction, reply and rights requests; source and authentication information; document metadata; publicly available or lawfully connected material relevant to the documented matters; and limited technical/security information produced by hosting and communications infrastructure.
PurposesOperating and securing the publication; receiving and answering correspondence; checking identity and authenticity; investigating, documenting, correcting and updating matters of legitimate recovery or public interest; administering replies and privacy requests; preserving evidence; obtaining professional advice; complying with law; and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
Legal basesLegitimate interests in accurate publication, accountability, recovery, security and the establishment or defence of claims; compliance with legal obligations; and consent where it is specifically requested and appropriate. Where special-category or criminal-offence data is involved, it is processed only where applicable law permits and with heightened necessity, accuracy, proportionality and access safeguards, including the legal-claims basis where applicable.
SourcesThe person concerned; correspondents and authorised representatives; courts, public authorities, public-law professional corporations and other professional institutions; official registers and public-information channels; public websites, archives and publications; and connected records or third parties whose reliability and lawful use must be assessed.
RecipientsThe responsible editor and, where necessary and lawful, professional advisers, technical providers, relevant companies or rights-holders, courts, authorities, regulators and professional bodies. Information is not offered for sale. Disclosure is limited to the purpose and capacity that justify it.
Hosting and linksThe public site is hosted through GitHub Pages. GitHub may receive connection and security data under its own privacy terms. If a visitor chooses email or LinkedIn, the relevant communications provider processes data under its own terms. Those services, or their providers, may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards they identify.
Cookies and analyticsAs currently implemented, this site sets no contact form, audience analytics or non-essential cookies of its own. The absence of site-set tracking does not prevent GitHub Pages, a browser, network operator or a followed external service from generating technical logs or applying its own policies.
RetentionRecords are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the publication, correction process, security, recovery work, relevant proceedings, evidence preservation and applicable legal limitation or retention periods. Necessity is reviewed; material may be corrected, restricted, minimised, anonymised or deleted when those grounds no longer justify keeping it.
Your rightsDepending on the circumstances, a person may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights are not absolute and may be limited by freedom of expression and information, legal duties, the rights of others, public-interest purposes or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims.
ComplaintSend a rights request with enough information to identify the processing to sbu001 (at) monterecco dot com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or, where applicable, another competent supervisory authority.

External material and continuity

Identification is not affiliation; preservation is not endorsement.

The documentary value of an external source does not transfer responsibility for that source to this website, or responsibility for this website to the source.

Links, institutional marks and third-party services

External links are supplied for source access, context or identification. Names, emblems and logos are used solely to identify the public authority, public body or public-law professional corporation to which the adjacent source-controlled record relates; they are not badges of sponsorship. Their inclusion does not imply affiliation, cooperation, endorsement, awareness of this website, approval of its contents or agreement with any allegation. Cabildo de Lanzarote is an island public authority. ICALPA, COAGC and COALZ are separate public-law professional corporations, not government departments; their inclusion attributes no position to their governing bodies, staff or members. Selecting an identifier opens Project Sun Rock’s record; the body’s official website is separately labelled within that record. External sites control their own availability, content, privacy and security.

Copyright, documents and fair quotation

Original editorial text and site presentation are protected by applicable law. Third-party documents, photographs, names, emblems, marks and extracts remain the property of their respective rights-holders. Their use for identification, reporting, criticism, evidence, research or documentary explanation does not claim ownership, authorisation, licence or an institutional relationship. Limited material may be reproduced or quoted with source identification where applicable law permits. Rights-holders may request review through the correction route.

A living record

Pages may be expanded, corrected, annotated, translated, redacted, de-indexed or removed as evidence, proportionality, legal obligations and proceedings develop. Material changes should be dated or otherwise traceable where that aids understanding. Preserving a superseded version for evidence, audit or legal claims does not mean it remains the current editorial position.

No confidentiality by first contact

Do not send privileged, confidential, security-sensitive or unnecessary personal information in an initial email or LinkedIn message. First describe the material, its relevance, approximate size and any deadline. If appropriate, a more secure transfer route and handling conditions can then be considered. No confidentiality or professional privilege is created merely by making contact.

Corrections · replies · privacy · legal concerns

Start with a precise, non-sensitive description.

Identify the URL, passage, requested outcome and supporting source. If a live proceeding is relevant, state its public reference and use the competent formal channel in parallel. Do not attach confidential evidence until handling has been agreed.
