Assignment/credit, specific properties and Community participation. A credit or one property did not equal ownership of the whole hotel.
CREDIT / PROPERTIES → MATERIAL CONTROL → RICPE PROJECT → HNT/MYND TITLE → FINANCE / SUPPORT
CAM did not have one timeless role. The record must separate creditor, owner of specific properties, Community participant, promoter, beneficiary of material control, award recipient, contributor to HNT and governance connection with RICPE.
Project Sun Rock alleges that the same Sun Park/MYND Yaiza hotel acquired multiple financial and documentary lives while title remained fragmented. CAM/JDAM→RICPE project→HNT/MYND continuity is relevant to what was represented, known and financed and whether assets, works, costs, jobs and value were reused. It does not automatically make every person or company in the perimeter co-author.
Following the confidential communication sent on 20 August 2026 to Radisson Hotel Group’s central Legal/Compliance and Franchise EMEA & Owner Relations functions, the repository maintains a partly anonymised open message to a professional or collaborator who may recognise their functional involvement in the Acosta Matos / Canarian Hospitality / RICPE / Radisson perimeter.
Limited purpose. The message seeks to preserve records and identify the entity, mandate, dates, instructions, checks and any representation made to RHG. It does not presume improper conduct, does not publish the addressee’s identity and does not treat silence as an admission. The business connection justifies diligence and preservation; it does not prove shared knowledge, agreement or liability.
Assignment/credit, specific properties and Community participation. A credit or one property did not equal ownership of the whole hotel.
The access, security and de facto-control chronology from 2017–2018 must be separated from title and legal possession; property-by-property reach remains essential.
RICPE presented Sun Park in 2020. JDAM had been a RICPE director since November 2019. The July-2021 certification documented fragmented title and incomplete DD.
Award/deed/Registry, CAM→HNT, RICPE/RIC, GC/836/P06, ERDF and MYND must be reconciled with earlier facts and commitments.
JSP is not treated here as a peripheral third party. Public sources place José Sánchez Rodríguez —who founded JSP with his father José Sánchez Peñate— at the origin of the Sun Group tourism development in Playa Blanca. A former manager of the five complexes attributed to Sánchez the drive behind the design and construction of Sun Park, Sun Royal, Sun Beach, Sun Island and Sun Tropical, grouped under Sun Group.
The documentary continuity matters. In 2008 the Canary Islands official bulletin identified Montelanza, S.L. as holder of the Hotel Apartamento Sun Park; a contemporaneous sector report recorded Montelanza’s June-2008 transfer of Sun Park ownership and operation while retaining Sun Royal and Sun Tropical-Island, the latter through its subsidiary Inversiones Turísticas Playa Blanca. In 2017, JSP shareholders holding more than 5% formally demanded explanations about the sale of Sun Park, the majority interest in Explobeach and the majority interest in Inversiones Turísticas Playa Blanca.
“Near subsidiary / cuasi-filial” is Project Sun Rock analytical shorthand, not a corporate-law conclusion. The connection is not based on a share table alone: the 2015 BORME identifies José Sánchez Rodríguez as a director of Montelanza, alongside Anastasio Molina López and José Vicente Llinares Dorta. In addition, an internal reconstruction based on mercantile data places JSP at 26.82% of Montelanza —the largest individual holding identified in that working sheet— alongside other companies and persons in the historical perimeter. The combination of Sun Group development, Montelanza title/operation, shared governance and JSP shareholding warrants reconstruction of capital, votes, directors, agreements and coordinated action; it does not by itself establish a formal subsidiary or direct ownership above 50%.
Five adjacent commercial properties originating in the founding/development perimeter of Sun Park, later appearing in the Matkator/Aweswell acquisition pipeline and ultimately placed in the CAM perimeter. The chain must be reconstructed deed by deed, payment by payment and Registry entry by Registry entry.
These remain a separate route. A historical working source marked them “MONTELANZA — sold by CP”. The investigation must identify what CP meant, which body acted, the instrument used, the price and where the money went.
The repository now contains a separate 262-property register and an Aweswell/Matkator acquisition overlay for a later forensic thread. Every transfer will be analysed individually and over time.
Project Sun Rock considers that every CAM acquisition originating in the Montelanza/Molina perimeter requires property-by-property heightened review. “Heightened review” does not mean invalidity, fraud or liability is already proved: it requires reconstruction of prior title, transferor authority, deed or judicial instrument, price, payment, Community debt/set-off, insolvency status, possession and purchaser knowledge.
Matkator also presents a distinct Registry dispute. In a March-2025 court filing, MATKATOR states that properties 8584 and 8588 remained its property according to January-2025 Registry extracts, while 8497 and 8498 appeared registered to Hotel New Trend from December 2022 through a transfer MATKATOR says it did not know or authorise and disputes. The Project preserves this as an allegation and disputed title chain requiring proof, not as judicially established fraud.
Who introduced the RICPE opportunity, who sponsored it and what CAM/JDAM relationship was declared?
What did directors, committee, Control Unit and advisers receive; who recused; who performed independent review?
How did a project progress when July 2021 still recorded future/conditional title, an unsigned LOI and full DD not begun?
The issue does not end with “CAM did not comply.” Identify who had to verify, who knew, who could stop, who could waive and what authorisation or control failure enabled each progression.
The record now includes a separate control on Landwell-PricewaterhouseCoopers Tax & Legal Services, S.L., whose June-2016 invoice documents legal advice to the Matkator/Luchy perimeter. The Project’s allegation of a later “switching sides” is published as an allegation and tested against the later mandate, conflict, consent, information received and concrete act.
The unitary page compares the alleged approximately €4.5m Community layer, CAM’s alleged approximately €9.77m valuation, the approximately €11–12m RICPE proposition, the controlled €6,573,703.10 RICPE/HNT total, GC/836/P06 (€3,440,914.20 / 60 jobs), ERDF and the alleged approximately €4.9m / 86-job layer.
The allegation: distinct instruments did not merely converge; substantially the same assets, works, costs, employment or value may have formed several finance bases. Proof must be invoice by invoice, job by job and property by property.
A preserved copy dated 6 June 2019 records SUN PARK <sunpark264@gmail.com> writing to a customer to remove belongings because of refurbishment. A recovery capture shows the masked clue ros••••••@aco••••••••.com, compatible with the acostamatos.com domain.
The capture does not disclose the full address or identify by itself the person or entity that created, controlled or used the account. The later Google Business sequence associated by Google with Lourdes Castillejo/MYND and mynd.hotels@gmail.com creates a functional customer/identity/profile lead; it does not prove common authorship.
RICPE founded Orion and a RICPE→Orion corporate/finance architecture exists. Sun Park/MYND and Orion are distinct but interconnected branches, with documented RICPE, AGM, Pamalexsha and Acosta Matos connections. Those corporate and economic links do not by themselves prove an asset flow or responsibility for the Sun Park acts.
One actor-specific Sun Park question remains how FMMM moved from a paid property-administrator role in Sun Park/Community into the later Pamalexsha/AGM/Orion perimeter, who facilitated the move and whether it bears on his duties, knowledge, independence or conflicts.
No knowledge, conduct or responsibility is attributed by association to JDAM, Shaila, Antonio, AGM or Orion. Any Sun Park/MYND→Orion patrimonial bridge must be proved specifically.

WITNESS / RECORDS-CUSTODIAN LANE · NOT AN ADVERSE-ACTOR CLASSIFICATION
His public profile reports “Grupo Acosta Matos” in 2023, RIC Private Equity in 2024, Belagua/ACHM legal advisory in 2025 and Colliers Debt Advisory in 2026. Official and corporate sources separately place Belagua and ACHM in the AC Hotel Tenerife^ operating architecture. This is organisational overlap, not proof of personal work on that hotel.
The exact public name is Fernando Aguiar Acosta—not “Fernando Acosta Matos”. No located primary or reliable public source proves that he is a son, nephew or other relative of José Daniel Acosta Matos^, Laura Patricia Acosta Matos^ or another family member.
Ask about his own duties, supervisors, assignments and systems access at each organisation; whether AC Hotel Tenerife or Hotel Project Tenerife was within his 2025 work; possible exposure to Sun Park/HNT/MYND, RICPE Series F/G or legacy IREA/Meridian records; and the proposed family relationship.
Proposed action: preserve and seek his evidence through a lawful voluntary interview or competent witness process. The repository does not issue a summons or contact him. His evidence may confirm or refute the hypotheses. No family status, project knowledge, information transfer, coordination, economic crime, wrongdoing or liability is attributed from the job sequence.

FACT / RECORDS-CUSTODY WITNESS LANE · NOT AN ADVERSE-ACTOR CLASSIFICATION
Her currently visible public résumé does not show direct employment by RIC Private Equity. It records a July–August 2024 hotel-management placement with Canarian Hospitality involving the controllers of Sun Park, currently marketed as MYND Yaiza and Radisson Blu Lanzarote.
RIC Private Equity's official project pages identify the Sun Park asset as currently marketed as MYND Yaiza and identify both named hotels as RICPE-financed. This documents an operating-and-financing perimeter bridge, not a direct RICPE job.
Gil Marer (the user) alleges that Laura and Fernando Aguiar Acosta^ are siblings. No located primary or reliable public source independently verifies that relationship; matching surnames are not proof.
Proposed action and boundary: treat Laura only as a proposed fact / records-custody witness and ask about her own duties, supervisors, assignments, systems and records during the placement. She is not classified as an adverse actor. The placement and attributed relationship do not support an inference of IREA, Colliers or Meridian knowledge, coordination, wrongdoing or liability.

PAIRED WITNESS / RECORDS-CUSTODY OVERVIEW · NOT ADVERSE ACTORS

4/4 profile sequence: “Grupo Acosta Matos” → RICPE → Belagua/ACHM → Colliers.

Canarian Hospitality^ placement naming Sun Park, currently marketed as MYND Yaiza, and Radisson Blu Lanzarote.
Tree status: Gil Marer identifies Fernando and Laura as siblings and provisionally links them to the Acosta Matos family perimeter. No located primary or reliable public source independently verifies those family propositions. The family page renders them in a separate dashed-amber lane outside its confirmed five-person denominator.
PREDECESSOR AUTHORITY APPARATUS · ATTRIBUTED CONTINUITY
Gil alleges that the 2011 claimed Community-authority apparatus continued through the 2014 access/key event and was later adopted or capitalised upon by the Acosta Matos/CAM perimeter. DP 3205/2014^ and the 7-Oct-2014 counter-email support investigation of claimed office, access method and contemporaneous dispute; they do not prove CAM direction in 2014, knowledge transfer, a universal handover or one continuous criminal agreement.
The direct 2014 identities are Asunción Aizpurúa Sánchez^ (“Asperua” is a transcription/search variant) and Francisco Mario Matos Matas^. The caret confirms identity only; it does not validate their reported titles, authority or the allegations.
Two linked ledgers. The 2011/2014 sources remain contemporaneous evidence. Gil's later reconstruction separately alleges that the private-actor mechanism was criminal, not merely civil or innocuous, and contributed to later hotel/Community/CEXP harm and the Acosta Matos convergence. The actor/action matrix links every person to a dated act or an express no-located-act statement; it does not backdate later knowledge or transfer guilt across a relationship.
NEXUS 36 / DP 1901 retains exactly five named private actors: José Daniel Acosta Matos^, Laura Patricia Acosta Matos^, FMMM^, Antonio Cogolludo Rojas^ and Shaila María Cogolludo Ramos^. Aizpurúa is not a sixth person; Gil presently classifies her as a material historical witness and possible future additional party.
RIC PUBLIC DEBT · CONTROLLED CONNECTION
The documented direct connection runs through RICPE Series F/G to Hotel New Trend / MYND Yaiza. The Canary Government's 2024–2025 RIC bonds belong to the same tax-materialisation system, but finance public investment and post-date the HNT loans. No allocation from those bonds to the perimeter is established. The only additional testable connection remains open: whether a perimeter person or entity appears as subscriber or beneficial owner.

Every date links to its event and source. Sending, receipt, registration, incorporation, review and decision are different states. Commercial proximity and receipt of allegations do not transfer criminal responsibility. Due diligence and subsequent conduct are tested actor by actor.
This node retains its earlier chronology and attribution. The new layer connects knowledge, information supplied, notices and subsequent actions; it does not attribute another actor's conduct to a recipient.
