RECOVER → REVERSE → ACCOUNT → COMPENSATE → ATTRIBUTE RESPONSIBILITY

What must be proved and corrected to restore the lawful patrimonial position?

This hub does not infer wrongdoing from the outcome. It separates functions and directs readers to document-answerable questions for each accountability node.

Controlling principle: recovery first; accountability in service of recovery; punishment only where independently justified. See the full objectives →

One causal reconstruction, not four accusations

ADMINISTRATOR → JUDICIAL DECISION → LAJ/COURT-OFFICE INSTRUMENT → NOTARY/REGISTRY/IMPLEMENTATION → CURRENT PATRIMONIAL EFFECT → REMEDY

Every arrow is a proposition that must be proved. Multiple actors appearing in one chronology does not establish unlawful coordination.

Objective: restore assets and rights where a lawful route exists; account for fruits and income; compensate proven harm where restoration is impossible; attribute responsibility only according to demonstrated causal contribution.

Controlled minimum chronology

  1. 26 Jun 2018: partial suspension of realisation for identified properties because the appeal could materially affect the proposed dación.
  2. 22 Oct 2018: court-office testimony handling; complete content, service and external-use chain remains under reconstruction.
  3. 24 Oct 2019: later judicial control over a transaction carried out without prior authorisation and refusal of later validation.
  4. 2020–2022: quantification, bidding, CAM testimonies, adjudication and deed require documentary, judicial and accounting reconciliation.
  5. 9 Jul 2026: date set by the prior procedural order for study/vote/judgment in RPL 3304/2025.
