Aweswell / Matkator correction

Controlled-corpus finding as at 3 September 2026. The reviewed record documents invoices, proformas and extrajudicial fee discussions with Aweswell/Gil. It does not presently identify a court fee-recovery claim brought by Cuatrecasas against Aweswell in Spain or the United Kingdom. The judicial route identified in this chain was brought against Matkator.

This does not prove that Matkator lacked a valid autonomous or guaranteed obligation. The decisive sources are the original promissory notes, signatory authority, engagement and billing allocation, initiating claim and certified court file.

service → client → invoice recipient → alleged debtor → promissory note → signatory/authority → Cambiario title → ETJ asset

Finite reconstruction priorities

Claim and instrumentsInitiating claim, complete front/back of every promissory note, endorsements, guarantees, custody, invoice allocation and relief sought.
Corporate authorityWho issued or signed for Matkator, in what capacity, under which authority, and for which underlying obligation.
Service by public noticeEvery address search and attempt, the edictal-service application, representations made to the court, authorising order, publication and exact dates.
Formation of titleOpposition/default chronology, exact judgment/title, finality and transition into ETJ 163/2020.
Direct contact comparisonCompare communications with Gil to the exact service chronology and Matkator representation. Contact alone does not establish defective service.
Professional lineageLink lawyers and procuradores only to primary signed filings or court acts proving their capacity.
Testing boundary. A possible service/title issue requires proof of useful location information known at the material time, what was or was not disclosed to the court, lack of effective participation before title formation and causal effect. The website does not state that those elements are proved.
