Finca 8,584
Historical apartment 758. The controlled ETJ record identifies this as the present single auction/adjudication object.
CONTROLLED REGISTER · MATKATOR · STEP 4 GATEWAY
This register turns the “Step 4” gateway from an abstract warning into a finite asset-by-asset map. It distinguishes the single current remate object from Matkator's wider debtor perimeter, and it refuses to convert LPB, Aweswell or group-level rights into Matkator property without proof.
EXECUTION PERIMETER
Historical apartment 758. The controlled ETJ record identifies this as the present single auction/adjudication object.
The monetary execution is against Matkator. The present real-estate object is therefore narrower than the debtor perimeter.
Only assets actually owned by Matkator and legally attachable can enter the analysis, subject to balance, proportionality and procedure.
Subsidiary depletion can damage Aweswell's equity/recovery position. It does not make Aweswell an executed debtor or expose its separate assets automatically.

The minimized descriptions deliberately omit requester/person-identification data from the historical registry notes. Fresh registry evidence is required for present-day title/charges.
WHY 8,588 MATTERS — AND WHY IT IS NOT “STEP 4” YET
The 18 April 2017 note for finca 8,588 records apartment 510 and 100% Matkator ownership. The contemporaneous 25 May 2020 email described Matkator as a separate company outside the LPB concurso holding “a couple of properties” at Sun Park and sent the 8,584 and 8,588 notes together.
That is enough to register 8,588 as a historically confirmed Matkator asset. It is not enough to state current 2026 title, current mortgage status or present ETJ exposure.
Íñigo de Luisa's 11 June 2019 financing email referred to “free assets owned by Markator” as a possible mortgage route. The email did not identify finca numbers. Because the 2017 note for 8,588 still showed a mortgage, the register does not automatically equate that phrase with 8,584, 8,588 or both.
The correct next document is a fresh registry/title chain, not an inference.
EXCLUSIONS ARE PART OF THE REGISTER
The 11 June 2019 financing email described the damages claim as LPB's. It is excluded unless a later assignment or independent Matkator title is proved.
The rescue package discussed Aweswell/group pledges and receivables. Group-level financing language does not establish Matkator ownership. Aweswell's shares in Matkator are an Aweswell asset.
LPB's insolvency estate remains LPB's. The register does not move LPB assets into Matkator merely because Aweswell owned both companies.
