PROCEEDING 36/2012 · FILING → RESPONSE → EFFECT → ALLEGED HARM
What was filed, what the court decided, and what still lacks a documented response
This page exposes the complete live register of all located party filings in the canonical Insolvency 36/2012 record and compares them with court/LAJ treatment that can presently be documented. The focus includes the 7 June 2018 material takeover/control episode, alleged diminution of the active estate, disruption of the productive unit, extra-insolvency harm and the thesis of overreach of the insolvency perimeter beyond LPB's patrimony.
BOUNDARY THAT MUST NOT BE ERASED
LPB is in insolvency. That does not turn the entire hotel into the estate.
Matkator and third-party property and rights; also any whole-hotel access, possession, operation, works, income or control requiring specific title, consent or order.
For every act: holder → authority → order → actor → knowledge/objection → response → benefit → harm. A global invocation of “the insolvency” is not enough.
DO NOT FRAGMENT
Court treatment, contrary acts and verifiable gaps
The sequence must be read as a chain. Opening and liquidation concern LPB; the approved plan excludes property of others; the 4 June clarification is not a physical-takeover order; three days later lies the central access/security/locks/exclusion episode; and the 26 June order suspended only realisation of identified mortgaged units, without itself supplying authority for possession, works, operation, income or keys. Everything else is classified by what the located record can prove today.

All party filings currently located
The table does not select only favourable filings. It is generated directly from concurso36-complete-record-v1.json and displays every record classified as party_filing. A newly added filing therefore appears here without rewriting this page. The catalogue remains partial because the certified court index is still missing.

CAUSATION TO PROVE, NOT A JUDICIAL CONCLUSION
Active estate, productive unit and extra-insolvency harm
The published thesis is cumulative diminution/destruction of LPB's recoverable value: assets and rights, fruits, occupation, deterioration, credits, overpayments, rescue opportunities and costs. Each item requires holder, period, actor, causation and quantum.
Kept separate from the real-estate inventory: operation, reservations/data, contracts, revenue, licences, services, goodwill and the hotel's ability to continue. Alleged destruction or disruption requires proof of who held each component.
Matkator was not the debtor. Its units and direct losses must not be absorbed into LPB. The same applies to proprietary rights of other holders and autonomous losses outside the insolvency.
The point is not that the insolvency has no effect; it is that its effect has a perimeter. The question is whether it was used or treated as authority for acts, assets, control or operation requiring an independent legal basis.
GAP CLOSURE
What is still needed before “ignored”, “authorised”, “destroyed” or “overreached” can be stated with maximum precision

Final control: absence from this repository does not establish nonexistence. The master denominator remains the missing certified court index, joined to receipts, annexes, service, responses, appeals, finality and implementation for each material filing.
