01 / Case anatomy
Sun Park, now commercially presented as MYND Yaiza, is the central physical asset. The question is how the rights and responsibilities around that asset changed—and whether particular actors had the power, knowledge and lawful basis for their acts.
Which registered properties belonged to LPB's insolvency estate, which to other owners, and which rights authorised access, control, works and later transfers?
Which actual entity could contract with customers, collect income, pay costs or claim loss at each date? Hotel revenue and group investment are not the same as an individual claimant's recoverable damages.
How did creditor positions, valuations, investor disclosures, financing and public-sector communications interact with underlying property and commercial records?

A selection of dated source families. Each item is an entry point for independent reconstruction, rather than a conclusion of wrongdoing or a representation that every document has been authenticated.

Signed operator materials, a conditional €26 million acquisition route and bridge-finance work existed; no completed exit or unrestricted cash drawdown is established. The 7 June access event and later November disposition remain contested in authority and effect.
The record compares dated presentations with subsequent insolvency decisions, notarial documents and registration. A later title instrument cannot by itself establish the correctness of every earlier representation.
A 13 January 2021 CNMV filing (2021002141) and later supervisory responses supply a dated investment-regulation record. CNMV acknowledged supervisory consideration; no sanction or endorsement of allegations is implied.
The adverse 2023 Spanish insolvency judgment (Sentencia 163/2023), subsequent appeals and separate civil, criminal and administrative routes have different effects. Closed and non-admitted matters are part of any fair assessment.
Potential UK-linked claims and investigative questions draw on dated commercial, customer, banking and business sources. No English private prosecution, summons or finding of territorial jurisdiction is represented as already issued.
03 / Investigative questions
The programme has working positions and a substantial record. A specialist's independence would be demonstrated by testing the strongest lawful alternatives as hard as the allegations themselves.
Map dated legal ownership, community/insolvency authority, creditors, receivables, assignments and account beneficiaries before testing who gained or lost from each transaction.
Compare contemporaneous business and investor descriptions with property files, valuations, actual finance, investment-vehicle governance and available supervisory correspondence.
Identify original UK contracts, communications, booking transactions, actual payment/refund data and their holder, location, knowledge and net consequence; do not infer UK jurisdiction from nationality or business branding.
Source-version control, provenance, relevant interviews, contradictory decisions, missing originals, translations, privilege screening and disclosure-ready indexes are as important as developing a compelling theory.
04 / Existing professional infrastructure
This is not a request for new litigation funding or the replacement of Spanish lawyers. A prospective UK investigator would work under separately agreed terms, subject to the firm’s own conflicts and professional independence checks.
Current work includes identified enforcement and criminal-procedural matters and distinct Spanish commercial/property diligence. Background encompasses litigation and corporate legal compliance.
