A GitHub-native historical gateway that preserves the integrated hotel context while keeping title, ownership community, exploitation, insolvency estate, material control, finance and later operation legally separate.
The Case Control Room separates property/title, CEXP/productive-unit value, Insolvency 36/2012, material control, later finance/support and institutional oversight. Their interaction matters, but none substitutes for the others.
The unitary record moves from the 2008 structure through governance/authority, finance and insolvency, 2016–2018 credit/control, later title/accounting and present operation. Each bridge needs its own authority and source.
The 7 June dossier treats LPB's estate as limited and asks what authority, if any, supported material interference beyond that perimeter. Later title or operation does not retrospectively establish authority at the earlier date.
