Current public denominator: 7 PDFs: five official-act derivatives and two versions of party illustrations. The control covers every PDF currently committed under evidence/fiscalia/**. Committing a new PDF without viewer/context coverage should fail validation.

“Everything public” is not confused with “everything that exists”. Private native files, documents still requiring a public-safe derivative, and the still-missing 29 July DP 1901 prosecution report remain outside publication until privacy and source controls are satisfied.

Earliest located prosecutorial act in the 2013 criminal lane. It allows the accusatory theory, temporal attribution and requested measures to be examined.

Evidential boundary. It proves that Fiscalía filed the complaint and what it requested; it does not prove the truth of the accusations or the final outcome of DP 332/2014.
