Contemporaneous evidence · 8 May 2018

Before 7 June, a private investigation was already examining a hotel/Meeting Point connection.

A first-phase private investigation dated 8 May 2018 examined the Sun Park conflict and contained a dedicated section on a hotel executive whose professional history included Meeting Point and Labranda. The identity is withheld from this publication; the investigator's identity and professional accreditation and the complete unredacted material are retained for competent authorities where lawfully required.

What this page proves: that the professional connection was already under investigation before the 7 June 2018 change in material control. What it does not prove: that the executive participated in unlawful entry, represented a particular Meeting Point entity at Sun Park, or that a Club Sei contract already existed.

Why the date matters

This is not a reconstruction created after Lava Verde or Club Sei.

The report predates 7 June 2018, the public Lava Verde presentation and the Club Sei Lanzarote announcement. Its significance is chronological: it shows that a possible bridge between hotel preparation and a professional with Meeting Point/Labranda background was already being examined before those later milestones.

8 MAY 2018

Investigation already underway

The document describes itself as a first phase of public-source extraction and analysis intended to identify relationships among actors in the Sun Park conflict.

Professional profile

Meeting Point / Labranda

The investigation recorded, from public sources then available, professional and corporate background for the executive within the Meeting Point and Labranda environment.

Corroboration required

Physical presence at Sun Park

A later legal-preparation communication records pre-takeover JDAM visits with investors/advisers including that executive. Exact dates, access, capacity and purpose require direct evidence.

The chain to be proved

Pre-title access → project preparation → Lava Verde → Club Sei.

  1. 2017–2018

Access and visits before the takeover

The record contains an evidential route concerning JDAM visits with investors and advisers before 7 June. This page does not identify the executive as a participant in the October 2017 episodes or the June control event.

  2. 8 MAY 2018

    Professional connection investigated

The report had already identified the Meeting Point/Labranda profile as relevant for further investigation.

  3. 7 JUN 2018

    Change in material control

The separate dossier documents the change in the hotel's practical access regime. The question is what commercial or technical preparation may have benefited from that control.

  4. 2019–2020

    Lava Verde and Club Sei

The Lava Verde project, physical pilots and Club Sei/Meeting Point brand appear later. The contractual architecture connecting — or separating — these milestones remains to be produced.

Responsible anonymisation

The identity is not necessary for the documentary question to be public.

Project Sun Rock does not publish the investigator's name or personal information here, and it does not reproduce the complete private report. Identity, accreditation and the unredacted original are preserved for provision to courts, prosecutors, police, regulators or other competent bodies where legally appropriate.

The hotel executive is also anonymised in this extract. The purpose is to direct attention to verifiable records — access, capacity, communications and project preparation — rather than turn an investigative lead into a personal accusation.
