What a visual record can prove
A preserved image or screenshot can establish what a captured display showed at a recorded time, subject to provenance and transformation controls. It does not prove every assertion contained in the display or identify who caused an underlying event.
Resident-network context
The current June-2018 and media-provenance records preserve resident/customer communications and later editorial leads as separate sources. Identity, employer, instruction and causal bridges remain source questions, not assumptions.
Transformation rule
Display crops, masking, monochrome conversion or derivative presentation must remain disclosed. Complete originals stay in controlled custody where appropriate; public derivatives do not replace them.
