What inclusion means. A row is an index entry, not a finding of wrongdoing, not proof that an authority accepted the merits, and not necessarily a separate formal proceeding. Read TRUE, FALSE and UNVERIFIED together with the record class and source status. Open gaps remain open.

Why this register exists

The project’s position is multitrack: insolvency, property and possession, criminal complaints, Fiscalía files, tax, tourism and municipal records, professional regulation, public-funds scrutiny, banking and appellate routes can affect the same underlying asset and chronology while remaining legally distinct. The truth-seeking function is to make those distinctions visible, connect documented parent/child and referral relationships, and expose missing primary evidence rather than filling gaps by inference.

This interface fetches and renders only the allowlisted derivative assets/data/proceedings-master-public-v1.json. That derivative does not contain internal notes, private source anchors, repository locators or strategy fields, and it excludes rows expressly classified as internal/private. This runtime separation does not itself prove that the tracked operational source is unavailable through the repository or hosting layer; that publication boundary is controlled and verified separately.

Valencia row VAL-CIV-001 is the CaixaBank proceeding

The canonical CSV now consolidates VAL-CIV-001 as Aweswell Limited v CAIXABANK, S.A. · ORD 1859/2023-9 · NIG 46250-42-1-2023-0049579, before Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº 27 de Valencia, with the current hearing fixed for 28 January 2027 at 10:00. This is field consolidation of one existing proceeding—not creation of a second Valencia case.

Use it with the storyline, not instead of the evidence

The master register is a navigation layer. A material proposition still requires the underlying filing, decision, institutional original, registered receipt or other appropriate source. The procedural spine is especially useful for reverse-engineering a decision back to the filing that preceded it, the represented party and professional lineage, and any appeal or follow-up.
