END-TO-END RECONSTRUCTION · NOT THE CERTIFIED COURT INDEX
Filing → receipt → decision → challenge → finality → implementation.
This control room closes Insolvency 36/2012 by procedural family. The objective is not document accumulation; it is to establish what entered the judicial channel, what the judge or LAJ did in response, what was challenged, what became final, and what material consequence followed.

This pass: 45 controlled/corroborated nodes. The new family registers the 28-Dec-2018 notice, burofax admission, delivery to the Registry on 4-Jan-2019 at 11:58, status call, follow-up, Registrar response, ob rem qualification and later reported Registry result. Remaining P0s include the exact signed 4-Jul-2022 Auto in LPB Queja 375/2022 and service/finality; LPB's exact AP filing receipt; the final judge-signed outcome of revisions placed before the judge on 28-Jul-2022; deed/testimonio/Registry implementation finca-by-finca; the exact formal court notice of the 7-Jun-2018 physical-control event; and the certified chronological court index/equivalent.
Locked amount architecture: keep recognition → accrual → liquidation/payment → adjudication/set-off → modification separate. The 8-Feb-2018 succession order records approximately €9.052m and says creditor assignment does not change amount; the 4-Jun-2018 clarification accepts approximately €13.166m for liquidation/payoff/bid arithmetic. A later formal final-text bridge increasing the recognized amount remains NOT LOCATED, not proved never to have existed.
Locked Arrecife correction: Mercantile Court nº1 did respond to the 2-May exhorto; Arrecife records receipt on 11 June and the 13-June Auto joins it into DP 1132/2018. WE KNOW A RESPONSE EXISTED. WE DO NOT YET HAVE ITS CONTENT. The pre-7-Jun response must not be presumed to address the later 7-Jun events.
Other locked corrections: the 29-Jul-2021 RICPE paper remains an unpromoted draft unless a later filing receipt is found; LPB's 19-Jun-2018 appeal does not prove court notice of the 7-Jun physical-control event; the 24-Feb-2021 Auto proves that works/access/estate concerns reached the judge and received an adverse response; and the Registrar's reasoned 9-Jan-2019 response prevents treatment of the Registry notice as ignored.
