TOURISM FILE · accommodation unit → title/authority → report → effect
Cabildo de Lanzarote: what did “all accommodation units” mean in the file?
A tourism-operation file can show what documentation was used to describe the operating unit. It does not by itself alter ownership, real rights or title to individual units.
Defined files
The 13 August 2026 request in file 614/2026 seeks implementation of Decree 2026-2735 and access to files 3671/2022, 498/2020, 547/2020 and 21219/2021, with priority for 3671/2022.
Core question
When Tourism Planning dealt with “all accommodation units”, which list of fincas/units was before it, who asserted title or authority over them, what verification was performed, and how were Matkator or other third-party units treated?
- Complete files with annexes and metadata.
- Unit/finca lists and plans.
- Powers, community minutes or title documents relied on.
- Internal technical/legal reports.
- Communications with Yaiza and the Canary Government.
- Final decisions, conditions and reservations.
Rule: unitary tourism operation and ownership are distinct legal categories.

Follow-up to the Presidency with requested referral to Tourism
On 7 September 2026 a personalised follow-up was sent to Cabildo in continuity with file 614/2026, Decree 2026-2735 and REGAGE26e00072883405. Presidency and Registry were expressly asked to forward the email and selected documents to Tourism Planning, Classified Activities, the public-information unit and the competent legal service.

The communication connected the tourism-file questions with RICPE/CNMV/Orion documentation only where potentially material to the local file: which units, availability rights or consents were relied on; which representation and documents were used; and how those records relate to financing and other institutional representations. Cabildo was not asked to regulate securities, freeze assets or decide private title or criminal responsibility.
