The order controls an early procedural intersection: its visual header identifies Gil Marer and Patricia Domínguez as reported/accused parties, and Borja Rodríguez-Batllori Laffitte and ROQUE PRIETO S.L. as complainants; it records a 25 May 2016 Public Prosecution report and the complainant representation's adherence to the Fiscal request.
