Reg. No. 24 — complaint concerning judicial decisions and supervision in Insolvency Proceeding 36/2012

One canonical record, two filing events: the original complaint presented through the Las Palmas Decanato on 18 June 2026 and its dependent supplement presented on 25 June 2026. Both belong to the same Daily Registration No. 24 record. The filing itself is part of the controlled record; what remains unresolved is where the Decanato subsequently routed it and what treatment, if any, followed.

Canonical identity rule. “daily reference no. 24”, “Reg. No. 24”, the 18 June complaint, the 25 June supplement and GC-HC-010 are projections of one continuous filing record. The 25 June document must never be split into an autonomous proceeding unless a primary registry or judicial source proves that it acquired a separate identity.

Digitised filing chain

18 June 2026: original complaint/notitia criminis presented through the Decanato under daily registration no. 24.

25 June 2026: a 10-page supplementary filing was presented to clarify and strengthen the original package. The reporting party describes physical joinder to daily reference no. 24; electronic joinder remains to be certified.

After 25 June: location, custody, remittal and preservation were pursued. The combined record was subsequently reported to the CGPJ within 169/2026, and the Decanato, TSJC and CGPJ are being asked to trace and confirm the post-intake route.

What has been fully digitised

The public daily reference no. 24 dossier records the located signed 79-page package, including the 31-page principal-document bundle (4 pages front matter + 27-page principal pleading) and ten selected annexes, the 13-page 25 June supplement, the five documentary issue modules, presentation/status chronology, evidential boundaries and related-action architecture.

Named judicial actor and underlying proceeding

The complaint concerns acts attributed by the complainant to Alberto López Villarrubia, then Magistrate-Judge of Commercial Court No. 1 of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, in the context of Insolvency Proceeding 36/2012. Attribution in the complaint is not an adjudicated finding.

Procedural boundary — use the filing, do not invent the route

Daily registration no. 24 is a reception locator, not a NIG, Preliminary Proceedings number, High Court case number or proof of a formal private-prosecution complaint. The fact that the complaint was filed through the Decanato under Reg. No. 24 may be stated and used as a filing, chronology and provenance fact. The fact that its later route has not yet been traced may likewise be stated as the present status gap.

The TSJ Canarias / TSJC route is recorded only as the expected or presumed competence route. Until reparto, receipt, docket or equivalent primary evidence is obtained, it is not described as the verified originating organ, assigned court or current custodian. No admission, transfer, investigation, dismissal, archive or merits outcome is asserted without primary documentary support.

Supervening DP 1901 identity question

14 September 2026. DP 1901/2026 is now documented by a later Auto that describes that DP as initiated for alleged judicial prevarication. Separately, July sources show private-actor material being tendered under DP 1901 and contemporaneous correspondence treating 1901 as the CAM/private/Community complaint. This does not prove that Reg. No. 24 generated or was formally joined to DP 1901. It makes the missing initiating/reparto/association history the controlling traceability question.

Connected actions — linked without conflation

The same factual and documentary matrix appears across several legally distinct routes. These are cross-references for reconstruction and provenance; they do not establish joinder, common intent, shared liability or a merits finding.

Continuity-governance rule for successor work

Do not fragment this record. A successor thread, generator, register, graph, search index or public page must resolve GC-HC-010 to Reg. No. 24 and carry both dated filing events. It must preserve both controlled facts—filed through the Decanato and subsequent route still untraced—until primary evidence resolves reparto/current status; preserve the TSJC route only as expected/presumed and unverified; preserve the ongoing Decanato/TSJC/CGPJ trace request; preserve CGPJ 169/2026 and Appeal 286/2026 as distinct controls; and use the full daily reference no. 24 dossier as the narrative/digitisation layer rather than creating a competing duplicate account.
