Las Palmas Provincial Court^

One master identity to find all proceedings at the court; one separate identity for every source-identified section.

PD-SP-I-0044 · ^I-0044 · ^0044
Boundary: the master identity groups records for search and continuity. It does not allocate a proceeding to a section or identify the panel, reporting judge, magistrates, LAJ, prosecutor, distribution, knowledge, merits or outcome. Each relationship requires its own source.

How to search

The homepage canonical search accepts the court name, a proceeding reference, Master ID, NIG or any of these forms:

First-instance courts, court positions, sections, prosecution institutions, people and proceedings retain different typed identifiers. A matching final number never merges objects.

Rule for new proceedings

When another Provincial Court proceeding is found, it will link to PD-SP-I-0044 as the navigation parent and to the exact section as competent organ only when the source identifies it. Where the section is not yet known, the known parent court is preserved and an express gap is opened; the specific organ is not guessed.
