2. Hypothesis requiring proof or rejection

Whether powers entrusted to the Insolvency Administrator to represent LPB, report to the Court, preserve the estate, verify credit and value, assess alternatives, liquidate, implement and account may have operated — through individualised acts or omissions — as a conversion layer through which disputed private premises acquired procedural, patrimonial, registry, financing and operating effect.

No result is demanded. Reasoned archive, finite checks, grounded suspension or formal opening are possible routes. The request is to identify the clock, corpus, hearing, outstanding act, custodian and competent decision.

3. Next verifiable state

The next update must rest on a receipt: acknowledgment, certified delivery, electronic-registry entry, official index, notice to the professional, defined verification, suspension or decision. Intention or silence replaces none of those states.
