Capacity and attributed sequence

Separate mandates; visible transitions.

Sequence attributed by Gil Marer and the project's documentary classification. Every person, company, office, representation and act remains separate and must be proved source by source. It is not an adjudicated finding of conspiracy, fraud, criminal purpose, liability or guilt.

Patricia Domínguez capacity in this eventThe minutes document only that she read the Spanish version of the chair's previously prepared statement, which was incorporated into the minutes.

Read the Spanish version of the chair's previously prepared statement.

10-Aug-2012 minutes, source page 3 of 4; separate statement located.
Attributed adverse-sequence stageLane-B meeting with objection/counter-position from the C1 node; that presence does not change who called it.

fmmm-cogolludo-pamanil-counterparty-overlap · FMMM_COGOLLUDO_PAMANIL

Identity control: Patricia Isabel Domínguez Montelongo and Laura Patricia Acosta Matos are different people; 'Patricia' is never used to merge them. Inference boundary: Reading the statement does not by itself prove representation of LPB, CEXP, the Community, Aweswell or Pink Canary Services, or authorship or adoption of its content.

Authorship and documentary control

Calling, chairing, drafting and custody are not the same function.

B · LPB project → Aweswell/LPB · Gil and PatriciaB1 · Documentary project-side succession. B0 identifies Multimatrix/LPB before Gil and Patricia's documented entry; B1 identifies the Aweswell/LPB phase. No B0 act is attributed personally to Gil or Patricia.
Who called / convenedLPB/Gil appears in the chair and signature block; adverse attendees challenged the legality of the notice.documented-with-limitations
Who chaired or managedGil Marer manages the session for LPB; Álvaro Campanario Hernández was appointed meeting secretary according to controlled correspondence.documented-with-limitations
Who drafted, authorised or attestedCampanario was to finalise the minutes and later sent a copy; the source records that no resolution was put to a vote.documented-with-limitations
Who kept or circulatedCopy sent after the meeting; president's statement located, separate objection unlocated, and official book/custody open.open

Rule: Attendance, representation, finance, later benefit or signature does not by itself make a person the convener, chair, author or custodian.

Who called or generated the record

The copy records the chair explaining resumed functions; the closing signature block identifies LPB and Gil Marer. Attending opponents called the notice unlawful.

Classification basis

A meeting in the LPB/Gil lane after Monterecco Sun Park Limited (later Aweswell) acquired LPB. The copy says no resolution was put to a vote and preserves the adverse objection.

Boundary: Four-page DOCX minutes located in three email chains. They state that no resolution was put to a vote; the president's statement and announced objection annex remain unlocated.

Document family

Every notice, ACTA, annex, circulation, implementation and reliance keeps its own ID.

An entry does not turn an email into minutes or receipt into authority, validity or intent.

Event-by-event audit

What happened, what was communicated and what remains open.

Occurrence, authority, quorum, voting, validity, implementation, knowledge, intent, causation and legal characterisation remain separate.

BeforeCEXP/Monterecco notice, the LPB–Monterecco contract, historic ACTA transmission and an LPB/Gil-side statement precede the meeting.
KnowledgeThe pre-meeting material proves awareness in some project/adviser channels, not universal notice or knowledge.
Notice and serviceA July precursor and notice are referenced but the complete notice, recipients and service proofs are not located.
Omitted / excluded allegationComplete attendance/omission and owner/coefficient evidence is missing.
ConvenerThe record describes resumed chair functions and closes with LPB/Gil signatures; opponents challenged the notice as unlawful.
BodyOwners' Community meeting in a contested governance setting.
Attendance and representationAttendance is only partially evidenced; proxies, coefficients and capacities remain open.
Proposals and votingThe ACTA records discussion and expressly records that no resolution was put to a vote.
Objections and reservationsThe five-page president's statement is located as a standalone source and in 422B, pp. 66–70; the referenced written objection remains unlocated; the recorded illegality objection is preserved
Minutes and versionsFour-page native DOCX ACTA digitised; the five-page president's statement and one-page proxy are separate documents. The statement reappears in 422B, pp. 66–70
Circulation, receipt or withholdingA later custody/circulation chain exists, but complete original distribution, receipt and withholding evidence is absent.
Implementation or non-implementationBecause no resolution was recorded as voted, any alleged implementation requires an independent authority and act-by-act chain.
Later relianceJV 1260/AP 89/2014 and later contract/operation disputes supply adverse period-specific reasoning.
Contradictory evidenceThe contemporaneous project-side account contains material adverse evidence to a later total-nullity theory; it does not adjudicate the issue.
UnprovedNotice legality, attendance, the unlocated written objection, authority, authenticity, validity, implementation and complete judicial reliance remain open
