ADVERSARIAL REVIEW · COMPETING HYPOTHESES · DECISIVE TESTS
A current-GitHub analytical surface for asking what would change the recovery theory, what contrary evidence already exists, and which finite source could decide the next branch.
State the proposition narrowly: actor, capacity, act or omission, date, asset/right, causal effect and alleged benefit or injury.
List named source objects and distinguish primary record, actor representation, attributed allegation, inference and public-context source.
Record lawful alternative explanations, adverse decisions, later corrective acts, source gaps and evidence that narrows or contradicts the proposition.
Identify the smallest source or event capable of materially confirming, narrowing or falsifying the proposition.
Who actually had power over this asset, document, vote, account, filing, security measure, title step or public-funding decision?
What exactly reached the actor, when, in what form, and what contrary information was available?
Was the material relied on, ignored, corrected, transmitted or superseded? What measurable effect followed?
If the proposition is proved or disproved, which recovery route changes: title/control, income, restitution, damages, disclosure, preservation or institutional action?
Case Prism / Second Pair discipline: no hypothesis becomes a finding through repetition. Re-open when a decisive source arrives; preserve contrary material; record the human decision that changes status.
Continuity boundary: this is a GitHub-native functional successor. It does not copy GitLab’s rendered Situation Room, claim exact GitLab source recovery, or claim byte parity with unavailable GitLab source.
