## Controlling proposition

Three archived Public Insolvency Register notices dated 24 October 2024 attribute the 357/2024 extension to Magistrate-Judge Alberto López Villarrubia in the then Commercial Court No. 3. He was the holder of the then Commercial Court No. 1 of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The notices do not yet prove that he signed the original, acted in substitution, how the matter was allocated, what he knew, whether a legally cognisable conflict existed, or what was disclosed to SEPI. No located source establishes a personal judicial duty to notify SEPI.

## Judicial designation rule

The 2024 acts must use their historical organ names. On first Spanish reference,
use `el Ilmo. Sr. D. Alberto López Villarrubia, Magistrado-Juez del entonces
Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 1 de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria`; for the disputed
24-Oct-2024 item use only `acto atribuido registralmente al Magistrado-Juez D.
Alberto López Villarrubia en el entonces Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 3`, with
the signed original and allocation/substitution trail expressly outstanding.
For a present filing, address the current organ: `Sección de lo Mercantil del
Tribunal de Instancia de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Plaza n.º 1` or `Plaza n.º
3`, as applicable. The reorganisation took effect on 31-Dec-2025. Do not address
the magistrate personally or state substitution unless the allocation record
proves it.
