This register is a documentary navigation layer. A connection is **not** a finding of representation, conflict, breach, liability, common purpose or wrongdoing. ## Event register

### 28 April–4 May 2015 — creditor / HAYA / Uría communications and counter-evidence

A native email thread records contemporaneous reports that HAYA had asked for case material to be passed toward **Uría Menéndez in Madrid** and that **Javier González Guimaraes-Da Silva** was involved in a communication about continuing the proceeding. Those are **documented reported communications**, not the native HAYA instruction, Uría engagement or Javier González communication.

The same thread contains material counter-evidence. On **30 April 2015**, Cuatrecasas reported after speaking with Uría that Uría said it **did not yet have instructions to take any action on behalf of HAYA**. Further correspondence records that the local enforcement lawyer confirmed acting for **SAREB rather than Bankia**. These points must remain visible because they prevent the 2015 evidence from being collapsed into an assumed HAYA retainer or a simplified creditor identity.

### 3 July 2015 — reported AC / Javier Rubio Sanz contact

A preserved contemporaneous communication reports that the Administrador Concursal had spoken with **Javier Rubio Sanz of Uría Menéndez**. Publication status: **reported contact**. It does not by itself establish that Uría represented the Administrador Concursal, prove a conflict or establish improper information flow. The underlying native communication, mandate/opening record, time entries, participants, subject matter, instructions and conflict-check record remain production targets.

### 15 May 2017 — PH122 / Uría inside Concurso 36/2012

A primary court filing by **Promontoria Holding 122 B.V.** in Concurso 36/2012 is signed by Uría lawyers including **Javier Rubio Sanz**. This establishes a separate primary-document Uría footprint within the same insolvency record. It does not by itself establish the legal effect of the later PH122→CAM transfer or any conflict with another Uría matter.

### 11 November 2020 — RICPE presentation / webinar perimeter

The preserved presentation materials are treated as the source for the description of **Uría Menéndez Madrid** in project legal processing and **PwC** in the described legal/tax due-diligence architecture. The same materials attribute to **José Acosta** representations including **“libres de cargas”** and identify **Sun Park** in the project/portfolio perimeter with a **€12m** figure.

Publication status: **attributed representation**. These statements are not independent proof of title, ownership, absence of encumbrances or investment readiness.

### 20 July 2021 — RICPE certification / counter-evidence

The certification is a primary record. It describes Sun Park as still at a **very early stage of study and negotiation** and states that the complete legal, tax, financial, technical and insurance due diligence had not yet taken place because the required letter of intent had not been signed. This qualification must be read alongside, not erased by, the earlier presentation language.

### 21 July 2021 — CAM filing

The CAM filing supplies the RICPE certification into the documentary record. The filing and the certification are separately registered.

### 29 January 2024 — CaixaBank defence / LPB insolvency record

The recovered connected 47-page CaixaBank defence in PO 1859/2023-9 identifies **Raimon Tagliavini Sansa** and **David García Martín** as counsel and expressly relies on **Luchy Playa Blanca, S.L. / Concurso 36/2012 / the Administración Concursal record**, including standing and res judicata arguments based on recognised credits.

Publication status: **PRIMARY LITIGATION DOCUMENT — CAIXABANK DEFENCE POSITION**. The pleaded legal consequences are not judicial findings and the source does not itself establish a conflict.

### 9 July 2026 — recovered connected Control 21 version and Decanato receipt

The current connected DOCX contains the request:

> “Requerir informes o notas de Uría Menéndez, PwC, asesores fiscales, arquitectos, RICPE y Consejo de Administración sobre titularidad, cargas, idoneidad, riesgos y alcance real del proyecto Sun Park en 2020-2021.”

The current connected Decanato receipt supports reception/submission on 9 July 2026 and visibly records procedure no. **1901/2026**. It does **not** independently prove byte-for-byte identity between the recovered DOCX and the physically filed document. Exact filing time, exact filed-byte identity, and any later court ruling/production on this specific request remain open unless closed by court-native evidence.

## Binary integrity — current connected sources vs legacy variants

The current connected-source binaries re-read on 4 September 2026 produce the hashes below. Earlier #1446 records contain different fingerprints for same-named files. Those legacy fingerprints are retained as alternate/historical provenance in `SOURCE_INTEGRITY_RECONCILIATION_04SEP2026.md`; they are not silently overwritten or treated as byte-identical.

The previously registered RICPE certification and CAM filing fingerprints remain part of the evidence register; they were not re-hashed from a newly recovered connected binary during this pass and are therefore not relabelled as newly verified here.

The current GitHub connector supports UTF-8 repository writes but does not expose a local-file/binary upload action. Binary public-mirror status remains separate from source custody.

## Headshot policy
