Publication limits:
- The secret Canal Etico password is not published.
- The public Ithikios PDF is a clearly labelled derivative with the private communication identifier and unnecessary first-page personal contact details removed. The unredacted original is not in the current public tree.
- The unredacted original is treated as the complete resolution communicated through the channel, not as proof of RICPE's complete internal decision file.
- "No mostrado al denunciante" is reported as a certified workflow fact, without attributing intent.
- Questions directed to RICPE, its Board, founders/shareholders, investors and CNMV are expressly presented as questions requiring evidence, not as findings that any person knew, was reckless, concealed information or incurred liability.
