The Decree archives E.G. 745/2026, calls the submission `confusa e incoherente`, invokes Article 66.1(c) of Law 39/2015, and states that no irregularity attributable to a particular prosecutor in a particular matter was concretised.

The exact Inspection registration `REGAGE26e00070235775` contains a substantive `Expone`, **12 numbered requests**, and expressly identifies **DI 248/2018, DI 113/2022, DI 22/2026, DIP 2/2026, EG 49/2026 and DP 1901/2026**. ### LEGAL ARGUMENT / REVIEW GROUND

Because the Decree itself invokes Article 66, the response asks for an express explanation of whether the Article 68 cure/subsanación mechanism applies and, if not, what rule displaces it. This is a review argument, **not an existing judicial holding**.

### UNRESOLVED EVIDENTIAL QUESTIONS

The public case continues to ask: what exact material did Inspection examine; what internal routing reconciles the 2 August REG-AGE source with the Decree's reference to an email received on 3 August; what official file/index exists; what native signed/searchable decision exists; and who performed the relevant institutional acts. None of those open questions is converted into proof of bad faith, coordination, obstruction or criminality merely because an answer is outstanding.
