## DECRETO

## Controlled evidential observations

1. The Decree expressly relies on Article 66.1(c) Law 39/2015 and says the filing lacks sufficient clarity.
2. The REG-AGE record tied to the quoted request contains a structured `Expone` and twelve numbered `Solicita` items, including identified proceedings and a request that Inspección itself identify the relevant institutional actors from records within official custody.
3. The Decree orders archive of E.G. 745/2026 and does not, on its face, separately determine the preservation, full-file access, native-document production or referral questions raised in the source filing.
4. The Decree expressly gives two alternative review routes: optional reposición within one month or direct contentious-administrative review before the Supreme Court within two months, subject to standing.
5. No conclusion of bad faith, obstruction, disciplinary liability or criminal liability follows from this transcription or from the source-to-Decree discrepancy.

## Deadline control

On the presently located evidence, notification occurred by email on 26 August 2026. For the optional reposición route, Article 124.1 Law 39/2015 provides one month for an express act; Article 30.4 provides date-to-date computation and Article 30.5 rolls an expiry falling on a non-working day to the next working day. Because 26 September 2026 is a Saturday, the present controlled working deadline is **Monday 28 September 2026**, subject to verification of the legally effective notification date and any applicable special rule.

For a direct contentious-administrative challenge, Article 46 LJCA provides two months and Article 128.2 LJCA states that August does not run for the ordinary contentious filing period. The precise judicial deadline should be confirmed by litigation counsel before filing. Filing reposición changes the interaction with the contentious route under Article 123.2 Law 39/2015 and Article 46.4 LJCA.
