## Controlling interpretation

- The record proves observable Pamanil/Pamalexsha documentary and administrative acts. It does not prove actual whole-hotel maintenance.
- The 22-June-2011 annex proposed two full-time workers/80 weekly hours. Its first section heading includes maintenance/cleaning/gardens and Community legal advice at €5,200 monthly plus tax. A separate property-administration section states €1,040 plus tax for 2011; the source does not establish that figure as recurring annually. Payroll, staff, invoices, work logs, bank payments and utility responsibility remain missing.
- Gil's allegation that these acts were fraudulent remains a party allegation requiring act-by-act proof.
- Contrary evidence remains visible: LPB/Gil's 2012 material itself described Monterecco/Pink as operating/service-providing. It cannot be silently erased by the later total-nullity theory.
- Corrections or authentic completions from Community office-holders, Pamanil/Pamalexsha, owners, advisers or authorities will be indexed with equal visibility.
