Portfolio's controlled 11 September record reports incorporation of the September material into the existing file, internal review and reported transmission of the material's content to CNMV. The record does not establish independent CNMV receipt of that exact package, a complete merits decision, board-wide circulation or a public correction decision.
The current GitHub RICPE dossier separately records the 27 August internal-channel closure and the unresolved identity/access-control questions around the decision record. Closure, merits investigation, board review and responsibility remain separate questions.
