Why the economic and employment background matters
The source chain links the historic hotel undertaking, the insolvency of Luchy Playa Blanca, S.L.U., 2018 professional acts and the later transformation and financing of the establishment. A 2023 public award identifies Hotel New Trend, S.L. under GC/836/P06, with €11,469,714 approved investment, a €3,440,914.20 regional grant and 60 jobs to create. The claimant alleges an earlier loss of the historic Sun Park workforce and requests that its possible relationship to later subsidised job creation be examined. Original employment decisions, workforce counts, grant conditions, actual hiring and person-specific criminal elements remain unverified.

On 21 August 2026 the specific communication was sent to registro@icatf.es, copying Secretariat, Informa, Info and Delegación Norte. On 25 August the traceability request narrowed the route to Registry with Secretariat copied.
Out-of-office replies do not prove registration or examination. Actual receipt of the ICAM 1487/26 referral and its Tenerife reference remain uncertified.
Corrective classification — Cristo is not the adverse target of this action. The 21 August 2026 communication was sent to preserve and verify whether the Insolvency Administrator's documented threat to go to the Bar against Cristo ever became a complaint, preliminary action or disciplinary file. Gil Marer / Aweswell's position toward Cristo is supportive and restorative: he is treated as valued former counsel, a potentially affected professional and a relevant source/witness.
