- **Francisco Mario Matos Matas** is the project-canonical FMMM identity. Official BORME is internally inconsistent: a 1-Mar-2024 act on sheet GC61036 prints **Francisco Mario Matos Mata**, while later same-company/related 2024 acts print **Matas**. Same-sheet continuity makes a publication error plausible but does not close it without DNI or a certified history. Do not equate him with the separately published shorter name **Francisco Matos Matas** without an independent identity bridge. - **1995 — earliest official/professional-public trace located:** ICALPA's *El Foro Canario*, no. 90 (1995), lists an article by Álvaro Campanario Hernández. - **Exact-year 2000 scan:** the bounded exact-name scan of the two ICALPA issues listed for 2000 and the searched official BOE surface located no exact hit. This is a documented search gap, **not** proof that he had no professional activity in 2000.

- **Sun Park-specific role:** the controlled AP 89/2014 judgment identifies him as counsel for the named JV 1260/2011 appellants. That proceeding-specific source does not establish that he represented every dissident owner, the Community, or Pamanil in every matter.
- **Chronology correction:** the official 2009 appointment prevents wording that he first became an insolvency administrator only after the 2011 Sun Park governance events.
- **Unproved propositions:** no authoritative public source was located proving friendship with Francisco de Borja Rodríguez-Batllori Laffitte, a formal handover to Prieto/López Noriega, or a motive to cause or anticipate LPB's insolvency. Preserve those propositions only as attributed recollection/allegation or inference pending primary proof.

### No proved public co-company bridge

The bounded official-source screen did **not** prove a common company containing FMMM and Antonio/Shaila. Do not draw that edge as `OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORD` without a new primary corporate source. `Not located` does not mean `nonexistent`.

This boundary does not delete internal Sun Park working relationships or Gil Marer's allegations. It requires a visible source-class distinction among official Registry/government facts, issuer/company self-description, project-controlled records, party allegation and inference. Corporate, family or professional association never substitutes for actor-specific proof of instruction, knowledge, intent, contribution or benefit.
