# Sun Park Community / Pamanil–Pamalexsha communications digitisation register — 22 August 2026

**Purpose:** source-controlled inventory for communications between LPB/Gil's perimeter and the Owners' Community, Pamanil/Pamalexsha, Community office-holders, advisers and institutional recipients.  
**Coverage:** finite connected-Drive/Gmail recovery; not a declaration that every mailbox, attachment, reply, version or native header has been recovered.  
**Public rule:** no private email address, phone, NIF, signature, owner-level balance, confidential legal advice or privileged body is published merely because it is indexed here. Opaque connected-source locators are chain-of-custody references, not public-download links; this work did not change source-sharing permissions, and access remains authorization-dependent.

## What this inventory proves now

1. Pamanil/Pamalexsha and Community actors generated and circulated administrative, meeting, documentary and litigation-related material. Literal “did nothing” wording is therefore superseded.
2. The 22-June-2011 proposal is evidence of offered and recorded-approved work, **not proof of actual integrated maintenance performance**.
3. LPB/Gil's side challenged debt, voting, accounting and authority contemporaneously; those challenges remain party submissions unless and until supported or adjudicated.
4. The 2012 LPB/Gil-side statement also used Monterecco/Pink as an operator/service-provider. It is adverse to today's whole-nullity position and must remain visible.
5. The 2016 meeting recording/email family may be probative of actual knowledge but is potentially confidential or privileged. Indexing it does not waive privilege or authorise public reproduction.

## Required digitisation fields for each future item

- native file and MIME type;
- complete date/time/time zone and header/envelope metadata;
- functional sender/recipient and capacity, with personal addresses withheld publicly;
- attachment manifest, hashes, versions and duplicates;
- delivery/receipt/reply chain;
- exact proposition supported, contradicted or left open;
- party statement, direct record, official act or adjudicated finding status;
- personal-data, tax secrecy, confidentiality and privilege classification;
- public redacted edition, if lawful; and
- missing reply, annex, ledger, account, contract, service proof or later use.

## Criminality / legality control

Gil alleges that specified Pamanil/Pamalexsha acts may have been used as vehicles in conduct he characterizes as fraudulent or economically criminal and that the Community debt/vote machinery was unlawful. The inventory records that allegation but does not adjudicate it. Each act requires proof of actor and principal, legal duty/authority, false statement or document, knowledge, intent, reliance, causal use, benefit/harm and the strongest lawful explanation. A defective resolution, missing account or failure of proof does not automatically establish a crime.
