For the disputed 24 October 2024 item, the controlled description is **an act
attributed in the register to Magistrate-Judge D. Alberto López Villarrubia in
the then Juzgado de lo Mercantil n.º 3 de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria**. The
signed original and allocation, substitution, support or correction trail remain
outstanding. From 31 December 2025, the current organ names are **plaza n.º 1**
and **plaza n.º 3 de la Sección de lo Mercantil del Tribunal de Instancia de Las
Palmas de Gran Canaria**, respectively. The title history does not prove who
handled the disputed act.
