#1239 deployed that exact merge successfully. At 19:46:16 UTC, 33 declared
production resources were read without cache and were byte-identical to the
merged source. Its manifest is

The package publishes a controlled derivative of the complete five-page
Customs Surveillance diligence formalised on 6 April 2022, with Spanish
transcription, English translation, proposition matrix and reciprocal links.
It distinguishes the officers' direct observations from statements recorded
from identified or unidentified interlocutors and from later party inference.
The source cannot have initiated the 2020 inspection or the supplementary
action ordered before the March 2022 visit; whether and how it influenced the
later assessment remains an open question for the complete inspection file.
The release publishes no counsel draft, advice email, private filename or
live procedural strategy.

### AC removal and remuneration thread — live verified

The additive, non-fragmented Administrador Concursal removal/remuneration thread is live under control `PD-AC-REM-FEES-UNITARY-20260826-01`. PR #1086 published merge `6e2b06de8242e9f98f38d4710399959e8f128224`, tree `37d7fb9ebf50bb4d0af353ba1796f85a00112ece`; Pages run `33020823527` / #1162 completed successfully. Managed-browser checks opened the six exact bilingual reader and registry routes, and no-cache edge readback verified all ten declared pages, data assets and public-safe archive records.

That publication contains 50 redacted specialist records, preserves the 25 court/LAJ versus 25 party-filing split, exposes ten redacted decision PDFs, reconciles the four pleaded components arithmetically to EUR 110,956.97 and records ten finite production gaps. It does not claim that the complete certified Concurso docket has been obtained, that the pleaded total is bank-verified, that fee legality or quantum was adjudicated, or that any criminal responsibility has been established.

### FTI Touristik / Meeting Point / RICPE continuity — additive live release

`PD-FTI-MP-RICPE-CONTINUITY-20260827-01` is a separate specialist release at
`DELETION_SAFE` with open evidence. PR #1111 published reviewed head
`677906e303ad91cc436803d8d47e410deefbbd6f` as merge
`41a8250ffdcd27e820bbc89b8238fb98ba23a6db`, tree

does not replace or rewrite this file's historical 26-August source release.

remain open. The outward RICPE resolution names no individual resolver; the
Ithikios / DIGITAL PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT SL signature authenticates the provider
perimeter only, not the human or RICPE organ that decided, configured, accessed
or routed the case.

No email, resend, forwarding, RedSARA/AGE or other notice, portal submission,
court filing, authority contact or other external action is authorised by this

The 27-August Magistrate López Villarrubia / Meeting Point specialist release
admitted ten additional immutable records and was exactly read back at 204.
The present local 1-September append-only register, including the later
Ministerio Fiscal, La Laguna judicial and PwC/Sun Park identity backfills, produces a
source/static denominator of 336. That 336-record state is **not yet
live-verified**. The 204- and earlier
194-record snapshots remain historical deployment evidence.

These counts control in the local canonical JSON, both static public pages,
metadata, JSON-LD and no-JavaScript fallbacks. They require later authorised
publication and exact readback before they can be called live-verified. The
204-ID, 194-ID and prior 185-ID readbacks remain historical deployment evidence.
Archive backfill remains open. Identity resolves identity
only; it does not transfer knowledge, intention, control, benefit,
responsibility or liability.

The identity counts do not merge three distinct caret scopes. As further
reconciled on 1 September 2026, the repository-wide unitary control is 21/24
with three pending: Matkator, S.L.U. is exact at `PD-SP-O-0003` from official
incorporation and registry-sheet evidence, while its current primary NIF/status
certificate remains an evidence-production gap. Clubotel La Dorada, S.L. is
exact at `PD-SP-O-0075` for the instrument-specific role, while the distinct
Ona Hotels / ONA perimeter remains pending at `PD-SP-O-0033`. The six-surface Magistrate-Judge López
Villarrubia / Meeting Point control is 31/31; and the full eighteen-route

## Unitary legal and economic rule

Sun Park was one economically integrated hotel platform but not one legal person, one title, one operator, one debt, one insolvency estate or one claimant.

Every substantive analysis must preserve this chain without collapsing the legal layers:

`property → operation → governance → finance → enforcement → LPB concurso → credit assignment → material control → works/valuation → adjudication/title → investment/public support → hotel income → proceedings and recovery`

LPB alone was the debtor in Concurso 36/2012. Matkator, CEXP, Aweswell, Pink, other owners, extraconcursal units and the hotel-wide operation remain separately analysed.

## Current procedural checkpoints

- **RPL 2523/2025:** the last located signed record scheduled deliberation, vote and decision for 4 June 2026. A later merits decision, service record and finality or pending-remedy certification remain not located in the controlled corpus. `Not located` does not mean nonexistent.
- **Valencia ORD 1859/2023-9:** the controlled record fixes the hearing for 28 January 2027 at 10:00, subject to any later signed superseding act.
- **Owner/court network:** AP 89/2014 identifies seven JV 1260/2011 claimant-owners holding eighteen bungalows. That core must remain separate from the wider Montelanza/Molina residual-owner and Community perimeter.
- **Prescription and recovery:** there is no single limitation clock. Criminal, civil, special-caducity, insolvency-administrator and State/judicial-damages routes require claim-specific dates, acts and counsel review.

## P0 evidence and implementation programme

1. Rebuild the unique PR #1016 owner/court-party delta on current `main`, not by stale wholesale merge.
2. Map the AP 89/2014 eighteen bungalows to exact fincas.
3. Reconstruct the 2008 residual ownership unit by unit and trace later transfers into CAM or other vehicles.
4. Authenticate the original 2011 powers, debt schedules and voting ledger.
5. Obtain the complete certified DP 1132/2018 / Rollo 1010/2018 record.
6. Reconcile every 2022 Acosta Matos company, NIF, power, finca, coefficient and vote.
7. Locate and authenticate the later RPL merits/service/finality record.
8. Obtain the certified complete Concurso 36/2012 docket and transmitted-record denominator.
9. Build the reproducible bridge from definitive credit through the EUR 13,168,082.02 threshold/consideration, the EUR 400,000 line, proceeds, fees, creditor payments and any surplus.
10. Build claimant-specific asset, income, counterfactual, damage, remedy and no-double-recovery schedules.

## Pull-request discipline

Thirty-six open PRs were reported in the verified snapshot. Do not merge stale PRs wholesale.

PR #1016 contains a valuable source-graded owner/court-party delta. It must be rebuilt or extracted on current `main`, preserving the professional-identity assignments, the priority-actions programme, prescription/recovery controls, current-counsel privacy, adverse evidence and all current governance controls.

A parallel operational-truth PR is a separate reconciliation candidate and must not substitute for or downgrade this verified specialist state.

1. Acquire and analyse authorised native email, attachment and Drive batches under the master prompt; do not treat manifest-only rows as evidential support.
2. Rebuild and publish the owner/court-party network from current `main`.
3. Add one source–proposition register and one platform-recovery/no-double-counting ledger.
4. Publish bilingual unitary-status and recovery-denominator pages from those data.
5. Migrate core reader facts from stacked runtime correction loaders toward generated static HTML while preserving every existing route and protected first-read section.
